Perfection
I couldn’t ask for more from an apartment complex, hallways are clean, everything is modern, maintenance is quick to respond to service requests. Ty (Property Manager) is a wonderful person to work with, she is by far the easiest person to work with when it comes to apartment living. Very rarely do you find someone who cares about their tenants like she does.

Home
This place has become home after a year of living here. I truly love it here, and the whole thing is ran by ONE person only, Ty, supported by Perkens, who does all the maintenance around the building. The two of them are the dream team; intentional, caring, kind. If you’re considering living here and come tour, you’ll have the pleasure of meeting Ty, and I hope you like this place (and her) as much as I do :)
