Brio on Broadway Apartments is an eclectic mix of multiple unit types to suit the various lifestyle needs for anyone interested in a brand new, contemporary, yet comfortable home feel. This complex encompasses 14 new buildings being constructed and renovation of the existing home, formerly known as the Levinson Home. Brio will offer 52 residential units on multiple levels within a 3-story building, ranging in size from 602-2,173 square feet; many with amazing views of the coming green park to be constructed by the City of Fresno along Fulton Street. I have been living here at Brio on Broadway the last 2 years and it was a my best decision. I was new to the Fresno area coming from LA area and Savannah the manager was very helpful with my application process working with me all the way from LA. She came in on her day off to finish my move in process because that was the only availably I had! I am now currently in the process of buying a home and in escrow and once again the manager has made the process so awesome! Savannah Thank you for all the help you have been, you are appreciated!! Brio on Broadway was an amazing experience these last 2 years very beautiful complex and very well maintained!

Love the Apartments ! From the layout of the complex’s to the amazing manager Savannah . She was sooo helpful with the process. Answered all my questions and made me feel at home. She goes above and beyond to help and makes you feel so comfortable to come to her with any issues . By far the best apartments I’ve stayed in. If you need a place, contact Savannah ! You won’t regret it

I‘ve enjoyed being a resident at Brio the past 2 years. Management is professional and reliable and has always taken care of my needs. The upkeep of the complex is great and the atmosphere is very quiet and peaceful. I would recommend Brio to anyone looking for a place.
Brio on Broadway
I have lived at The Brio on broadway apartments for approximately one year. I have enjoyed living here, not only because of the comfortability of my apartment, but because of the staff, specifically Manager Savannah. Savannah provides Excellent service, always prioritize tenants and is truly understanding and professional. Savannah is always reachable and willing to go above and beyond to ensure you have a safe, clean, comfortable place to live. I would recommend anyone looking for new property to check out Brio first.

Since this would be be my daughter’s first apartment I went with her, the leasing manager named Savannah was super nice made my daughter feel so comfortable and answered all my questions. Application process was fast and easy.
Resident
I’ve been a happy resident here for the last 4 years & It’s typically hard to keep someone happy for that long lol. Great location, awesome neighbors, Savana is always so attentive in the office. She has been throwing awesome events as well as always has a fully stocked snack bar in the office! I stop in everyday to snag a treat! No complaints highly recommend!
