Review of Candelstick lane
Hi my name is Spencer Harvey me and my roommate moved here from Kansas around October 4 we found this apartment in August when we were down here in Utah so we came back here and I talk to Amber she was very very nice and we got our apartment and we moved in it and everything's been good The office staff is very very nice and I like how they handle things around here and David at the front desk always smiles is always nice we become good friends I would give him five stars and Amber and everybody else everybody works hard I know what property management is its not easy I'm so glad I had Amber as a friend and a good property manager to help me with things I needed Helped with it's even fun to just have somebody to talk to you this is a good place to live at Sincerely Spencer Harvey
Great staff and community
I have lived in these apartments on and off for the past ten years or so and this last time, the staff was absolutely incredible. They were extremely accommodating of my move in schedule, they were more than willing to fix any repairs that I needed, and they always had cute things to let us know that they are there and care that we are keeping them in business. For example, one morning they had breakfast for the residents waiting for us as we were leaving the community. I think the great ideas come from Amber and she is fantastic. She is very kind, but still professional, and a great problem solver. Now the apartment itself was pretty decent. I was in a studio and for the price of studios across the Wasatch Front, it was pretty cheap. The layout of the studio was comfortable and everything was working and if it wasn’t, the complex took care of it. The only issue I had with the apartment were the thinner walls. I could hear everything my neighbor was doing, and I’m not sure if it’s because he had surgery to get his elephant feet implanted or not, but that was easily fixed with white noise. The amenities are great. They redid the pool area and gym so everything is much nicer looking. The grounds are kept clean and free from dog poop and cigarette butts. The neighbors mind their own business, unless you want to be a part of the community, then they accept you gladly. This was a great place to live and if I wasn’t getting married, I would have stayed here.

AWESOME MAINTENANCE!
I had a problem with my sliding door locking mechanism, I brought it to the attention of the lead maintenance man and he fixed it in like 5 minutes!?! Very happy with that and I’m sure I will get good maintenance with any further issues that may arise.
I like it here
I’ve enjoyed living here. It’s quiet, calm and clean. The management is responsive and handle maintenance requests promptly. The only thing that I don’t like is the way the utilities are split. I end up paying more than I use. I also don’t like that when you pay online using your bank account, you get charged an extra $3. I wish they could switch to a payment system that does not charge extra for submitting payments.
8th year
I’m starting my 8th year at Candlestick and I’ve enjoyed alot. The management is quick to respond to anything you need. I would definitely recommend living here!
Nice Apartments
Candlestick Apartments are in a Great location at a good price! Super close to State Street, the post office and Miidvale Center Trax and bus station. Short train rides to Sandy, Murray and SLC. UTA buses often run up and down State Street and 7800 South, easily accessing 2 Walmarts, banks, credit unions and other important destinations. Modern apartments with lots of green space, trees and a pet friendly quiet environment. The staff are friendly and responsive. In this tight housing market, I’m glad I live in Candlestick Apartments

GREAT APARTMENTS
WE HAVE LIVED IN THE APARTMENT COMMUNITY SINCE JULY 2006 AND THE EXPERIENCE OF BEING HERE HAS BEEN GREAT. THEIR IS A SWIMMING POOL, BARBECUE PITS AND GREAT PARTIES PROVIDED BY THE APARTMENTS. THE STAFF AND MAINTENANCE CREW HAS REALLY DONE A GREAT JOB HERE TOO.

Living the life
This is a really nice place to live. Lots to do, swimming, gym and they have nice covered carports. I have been here for almost 3 years and enjoy the close proximity to the freeway and other amenities. The staff are a joy to work with and are very helpful if you need anything. I am here if you have a questions.
