5 years of excellent stay
we stayed in Casa Arroyo for 5 years and we had a great time there. Location is peaceful,near to school and super markets with in couple of miles. Staff are very friendly.Tammy is a very nice person and always helped us during our stay.

I've lived here for about 2 years now. The community is great, the neighbors here are friendly and the staff is wonderful. I would highly recommend to anyone.

The management at Casa Arroyo do their very best to keep residents safe, understand their needs and comforts. My interactions with the management have mostly been very pleasant and I have found them very helpful in swiftly resolving any concerns and issues as long as it is within their control. I would like to take this opportunity to thank them for their support. The apartments are comfortable and have met most of my criterion and requirements.
