Maintenance at Cedar Falls Apartments
After 50 years of owning our own house, the prospect of apartment living was not easy. Being a former homeowner and choosing to downsize we know that repairs are needed as part of regular care, especially right after move in. Previously, I always did my own household projects and repairs myself, so the idea of dealing with someone else who owns the property, certainly gave us concern. Luckily, this concern was soon expelled. As is typical on moving into a new place, there will be some items that need attention. The maintenance department took care of everything promptly. On top of that, the maintenance staff are cordial, responsive, knowledgeable and skilled. Robert together with his maintenance team Gary, Chris and Giovanni are doing an excellent job They are very responsive, courteous and friendly and are a major asset to lending a sense of community into apartment living. So, do I miss owning my own home? Not at all. Its such a pleasure to know that other than rent and utilities, I don’t need to do anything. The Maintenance and Office staff are great!
Maintenance service
I live here for a while now and sometimes there are issues in the apartment,i made a service request few days ago and i was not expecting anyone today ;sunday.Gary Lopez,from the team show up, i had issues with the blinds,a wall was damage and needed fill and paint and issues with the dryer,he did all the work required in no time at all,was very professional and respectful. just amazing!you can count on Mr Lopez and the maintenance team,They truly care about the tenants and make sure everything works,thank you Mr Lopez! 5 star!
Maintenance Service
I had a washer machine break on me and water was leaking onto my floor. Made a quick call and a service request for the maintenance team to come help me out and that’s exactly what they did! Took care of the leaky washer and brought me a new one! Robert and Gio were very professional and quick at working! Put the request in at 1pm on Wednesday and by that time on Thursday I had a new washer! Awesome dudes and great service!
Maintenance Team is outstanding!
We had fantastic service from Robert, Jovanni and Gary! We had an issue with our garage door and they helped us move things from our garage to our apt. to make sure our items were secure. The team coordinated with another company to get the part and stayed in constant contact with us. They are super helpful and really exhibited great customer service. Thank you!, The Webers
Amazing maintenance team
I had some issues at the apartment with a fan in the dryer area,and the door needed new hardware,on 2 different occasions Mr Gary lopez as completely the work and and fix all issues with the help also of Mr Richard on the last occasion, Also the maintenance supervisor as been to the apartment to check the issues, This guy's deserve more recognition than they get,they keep this apartments going and constantly working.Great work!Thanks!
Maintenance
Maintenance (Richard and Gary) were a great help today, as usual. I noticed the shower water pressure was getting worse, sent a ticket in the evening, and the next afternoon they came and replaced the faucet and valve, and now pressure is better than ever.
Lovely and quiet
My husband and I have lived at Cedar Falls now for 3 years, and it has been a lovely place to live. Our neighbors have always been friendly, and we have never had a problem hearing anything inside our apartment (Multnomah floor plan). Our unit is right next to the pool and gym, making it so convenient, though on occasion can get a bit noisy if the windows are open, but it's still good to hear children having fun. There are food trucks often, and our first morning, after moving in, we had a tasty crepe truck parked right outside the leasing office. It has been just wonderful! The staff have been an absolute pleasure to work with, and the maintenance crew is just phenomenal! Professional, yet they help create a friendly bond, which is wonderful when they are a significant part of the community. If our life didn't necessitate us moving, we'd love to stay here for many years to come!

We've lived in Cedar Falls for nearly 11 years now! And I have to say that we have all (me, my hubby and our two, Adult aged Kiddos) been very BLESSED to live here! We very much appreciate our lovely (inside and out) Bldg. Mgr. Jotika, our oh so patient Assist. Mgr. Sophia, our sweet Leasing agents Heather & Drake (we just learned that Drake has recently moved on, we'll miss her!) and the oh so hard working, efficient and cheerful (who never complain from what I can see...) Maintenance crew: Roberto, Gary and Richard, all help to make living here truly a special blessing from God above... Thanks to Gary and staff,i had issues with the fridge freezing up during the heatwave and causing to have block of ice on the freezer chest,all the maintenance staff always works hard to replace/repair appliances in the units,thank you for a great job well done,everything is working great, thank you tom Gary and staff.
Quality is great
I would like to express that I feel lucky to work with the team, and especially 100% to Jotika as manager and Roberto as maintenance supervisor. They are the ones who make my work a pleasant place, at Cedar Falls Apartments. I like to work with them because they are people with whom there is good communication, in regards to the cost of the work and the respect to the one's who works for them, whether in painting or cleaning the apartments, they are who assures you get a nice and clean apartment when moving in. I highly recommend Cedar Falls apartments for rentals
