Jacob and Reginald are the 2 maintenance guys who fixed my bath tub!! They got the job done promptly!!! They were very nice. Thank you guys.
Thank you Central Park staff for your warm welcome. I especially want to thank Ms. Sheila Williams for helping me to locate an apartment that suited my family's needs. She was very professional and patient. She answered all of my questions and had a packet ready to be signed within days of finding an apartment. I am also grateful for Mr. Alex and team for being responsive to our maintenance requests.
I moved to this complex in December and I absolutely love it here. Lashonda is absolutely the sweetest and WILL ALWAYS make things happen. She has always bent over backwards to help others whenever she can. Whenever I call her in a panic or have an emergent situation, she goes above and beyond to make sure my needs are met! If I could give her a merit award for FANTASTIC customer service, I definitely will!!
Lashonda is hands down the best property manager I have come across. Always willing to help others in their times of need. All 5 stars go out to you!! Thank you for all you do!!! Mr. Jalen and Mrs.Sheila were such a great help . They made the whole process easy from applying to moving in , they made the process hassle free by going out their way for me .So far the community is nice . The interior of my unit is very nice . Management helps you qualify . I think this apartment complex is worth giving a shot !

I want to give a huge shoutout to LaShonda, the Property Manager at Central Park Apartments. From the moment I called to inquire about the property, she was incredibly helpful. It took me a few weeks to decide to make the move to Central Park, but LaShonda was there for me every step of the way, answering all my questions and addressing my concerns. It’s clear she takes great pride in her work and is very knowledgeable about the property. When I finally moved in, she did a walk-through of the unit with me, and we noticed a few discrepancies. She took photos and ensured maintenance took care of everything. I'm now in a fully renovated unit, and I couldn't be more satisfied!
