Great Staff and Living Experience
This has been a great living experience and I love my home. Shannon and Ashley are so kind, respectful and patient. Jonathan on the maintenance staff is incredible. He has been helpful, professional and easy to talk to about even the littlest concern. Jonathan, Shannon, Ashley and the rest of the staff take great pride in this community. They’re always able to answer any questions and are quick to respond. I’m grateful to each of them.

Awesome Customer Service
This complex is clean and very well maintained. Shannon Martinez is professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Her attitude made me feel welcomed.
Maintenance
I wanted to leave a compliment for specifically and only Jonathon, a maintenance man here at these townhomes. He is always pleasant, kind, helpful and has a good attitude when needing to come and fix electrical or other needs as they come up. He is good with communication and pleasant and timely with response to requests. I appreciate his kindness and being helpful while we live here. He is a maintenance person who you would gladly want to help you with any issues that arise.
AMAZING Homes
I toured the property and 2 units and was floored with how beautiful they are! Shannon was extremely helpful and pleasant. I love the area, the community and once my house sells, I will be more than excited to call Enclave Vista Ridge my new home!
Fantastic community with great management and maintenance!
Shannon is an outstanding community manager! Her work ethic and management is truly deserving of a special letter of commendation. Shannon is always very proactive in sending out emails communicating events, explaining issues and expectations. She also has been extremely proactive with regard to alerts for weather. Her emails have been stellar in that she is direct and firm, including consequences and yet offered with a caring grace that is very difficult to convey. As a retired corporate CFO I know how challenging it is to communicate hard messages commanding respect while giving respect at the same time. We are very fortunate to have such a fantastic community manager in Shannon!!
Garage
In July my garage stopped working. I called the office on a Saturday to see if I could get something done. Rome arrived within a few minutes. He ensured that I could open my garage until it was fixed. Another small issue I had was also resolved at the same time. The staff who work here really take care of us quickly and efficiently. Thank you to Shannon and Liz for always following up.
