She was very quick to respond to every inquiry I made about apartment rental options, availability timing, pricing, square footage, onsite tours, application questions... literally impeccable knowledge and service. She explained everything so clearing, has a calming demeanor that made me feel calm, making it possible for me to think, understand, and ultimately make the right choices.
