Upgraded and Convenient
My husband and I have lived here for 2 years and have no complaints! Our apartment is renovated with updated countertops and flooring. The location is convenient to our work and many restaurant choices that are walking distance. The office staff is always friend and helpful. I always refer family and friends looking to locate to this area of town!

I found the place beautiful and rented an apartment, I highly recommend this place The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. The workout rooms are open 24//7 are rarely crowded and the pool area is lovely. I live alone here and could not feel safer anywhere else....a beautiful neighborhood with parks and trails. a great place to call "home". The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, Ethan gave me a tour and was quick to attend to any problems that arise . Finally a place I can call a home. I’ve being leaving here for a few years now and I’m very pleased with the way they handle every issue I may come across with. Maintenance always on top of minor problems in my apartment, and staff in the office always very professional and friendly they always make me feel welcome. I highly recommend this place.

Excellent Apartment Community
I was a resident at Gloria Park Villas from Sep 1993 thru May 2021. I lived in both 1 bdrm 1 bath and 2 bdrm 2 baths. In fact, I may be one of the longest residents at the complex. So take my review to heart. It is an excellent and well-run apartment community. The leasing staff is exceptional and very well run. Silva is well versed in her job and provides excellent customer service to any and all residents. The maintenance staff is TOP NOTCH. Any issues I had over the years (which were few) were taken care of quickly. Anyone looking for a great place to call home should put GLORIA PARK VILLAS at the top of their list. I may be returning to Las Vegas in July 2022 and rest assured that I hope to once again reside here. This complex is 5 stars no doubt about it. GEORGE B. KEELEY, CMSgt, USAF (Ret)

I walked into Gloria Park Villas wanted to see a 3 bedroom. Isabel told me they didn’t have anything available at the moment and showed me the 2bedroom 2bath,was beautiful but unfortunately too small for my family . I must say Isabel was friendly and helpful with everything. Thank you.

There is nothing bad to say about this Beautiful apartments…Been living here for almost a year now And I been loving it! I feel at home. Is clean,safe and beautiful. Everyone is so nice and respectful if I need something to be done at the apartment they are always there. The girls at the office always have a smile on their face even tha maintainer Maintenance guys so helpful! There is no bugs it all and that is something really really big for me and my girls..Simple So Happy here!
Excellent Apartments
I’ve been living here for almost a year had absolutely no problems..The walls are pretty thick too so I can’t even hear the people above me or beside me at all …And I can play my music during the day and not have to worry about bothering the neighbors…. It is so quiet and beautiful everyone keeps to their selves

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
I called Gloria Parks Villas and Fabiola answered my call. She was warm ,accommodating, courteous and respectful. I have not met her personally. But I would say that she is the kind of person you need to talk to about Gloria Parks Villa. I have the opportunity to meet her coworker (Isabel) who was just as warm and welcoming. Isabel was so kind to show me the 2b 2b model apartment. She answered all the questions that I needed to know. Thanks Fabiola and Isabel.
Signed another Lease
Leaving here has been a pleasure for the last three years ( just signed another year lease). Great location to stores, the strip and it’s close to my job. The management team have been nothing but wonderful to me. When ever I need something, Isabel and Anita always deliver and I appreciate and grateful for all the help I’ve received. Yes some of the extra fees are crazy to me and yes I do complain, but such as life.
BEST Apartment Complex in Las Vegas
I lived here from Sep 1993 through May 2021. 1 lived at both 1 and 2 bedrooms and the experience was just great. During those 28 years. I never had any major issues and the front office as well as the maintenance crew was always spot on. I came back in August 2022 but because of some family issues I had to leave early, but if I find myself going back to Las Vegas, GLORIA PARK VILLAS will always be my choice. Thanks so much for some great memories.
