If you’re looking for a beautiful, quiet place to live with the beach as your front door, I would recommend Grande View apartments. Moving in management was very professional and friendly. It was the easiest process of finding, getting approved and moving into an apartment I’ve ever experienced.

Definitely a nice place for a temporary home. Mrs. Mimi was very helpful with my move in process. She was very attentive to my needs and pleasant to work with. Very clean and kept up space. I’m glad I chose Grande View!

I was moving back to MS from out of state and was referred to the development by a friend. Their words were, "its beautiful, safe, and by the beach". From the moment of contact through move in, I can say Patience Sherman is awesome and made this work! I can’t tell you how many "quick questions" I had and she always responded immediately answering my questions. She took the stress out of relocation, she made sure that me arriving on a weekend evening (approaching a holiday weekend at that) went beyond smooth. The apartments are beautiful, the neighbors I’ve met thus far have been welcoming and pleasant and any questions/concerns Ive had have been quickly addressed. Im so happy with my decision.
Epic staff
Patience works so great, she gets things done. And if she can’t she goes above and beyond to makes me feel like I have a home. She definitely needs a promotion and raise. Our maintenance guys are hard workers trying to upgrade and repairs. Spot on for Grayson, Diego. Only thing fearful is increase in rents. Us seniors on retirement and fixed income are afraid of becoming homeless or having to move to lower standards.
Very Professional. Like Clockwork
Before I moved into Grande View I was considering a few other apartments. I had gone as far as touring and applying at some of these other places, but after I visited Grande View I knew it was the place for me. From the moment I called to inquire about availability all the way through the application process and lease signing, my experience was a pleasant and reassuring one. Amaya was the one who handled it and helped me through the whole way, and it was this experience that sealed the deal for me. From the time I called to the time I signed the lease was only a matter of about three hours. Amaya showed me the available units and then we went back to the leasing office to start the application process. She was very kind and very informative, and she was able to process the application while I was sitting at her desk. Other places I visited took over a week to process the application for reasons I can’t imagine. I credit Amaya singlehandedly for my decision to ultimately choose Grande View. And her kindness was not just a ploy to get me to sign a lease; even since becoming a resident here she has checked in to make sure I had everything I needed. After living here I have seen that everything she said about the services and amenities has been true. I have not had any major issues since living here, but every inquiry or question I’ve had has been answered or addressed immediately. I have lived in other apartment complexes where that has not been the case, and so I am very grateful for how smoothly and consistently everything works around here. The trash is picked up consistently. I watch every day how the staff goes around and tends to their daily duties like cleaning the pool, and making sure the whole place stays clean and orderly. Again, all of those things are much appreciated, especially after living at other places where the staff was not on top of things. Also, after moving in I later decided to bring on a couple of pets. Even that whole process could not have been easier and smoother. I spoke to Patience on the phone and she had it handled the same day. I stopped by the office later that day to thank her and she was in turn very thankful to me for being honest about the pets. I can’t say enough good things about the staff that works here and the quality of my experience living here. There’s no doubt I made the right choice.

Nice updated apartments. Friendly home office. Patience has been nothing short of fantastic, helpful, and informative. Also can’t say enough about the guys who service the apartments. They come fast and are efficient at their jobs. 10/10 would recommend anyone to live here. You won’t regret leasing at Grande View.

Great place to live
We have living here going on 2 years now and we live it. Patience S in the office is great, always friendly and helpful. She answers all of your questions and helps in any way she can. The maintenance staff is great, they are quick to respond to any issues you may be having. This is a great place to call home.

Office workers are very nice! Neighbors are pretty quiet and to themselves. Maintenance is very responsive to requests. Overall it’s a very nice community to live in.

I just renewed my lease with Grandview. The staff is so friendly and helpful. We are really becoming a family and the events they put on for the different holidays are great. It’s been great because you get to meet more of your neighbors.

We put in a service request to have our AC/Heat system looked at, they responded the same day and the issue was resolved quickly. Diego and crew are very prompt and professional!
Love my apartment at Grande View!
First I want to say that my 2 cats love their screened in patio! The bedrooms are spacious and there are plenty of closets! Friendly, quiet neighbors, many of whom I have met as they walk their dogs past our patio on the way to the dog park or their children to the playground. If I have to leave a negative, I found the pool to be rather small, but it’s only about a 2 block walk to the beach, and it’s beautiful! The office and maintenance teams are wonderful and appear to be at the top of their game. Very quick to respond if needed! I love living here and it’s quietly convenient to just about everything you could need in the Biloxi area. You definitely won’t find better elsewhere!

This community is beautifully upkept and in a fabulous location. Patience has been such a great help from the initial application process and beyond. Truly the entire staff is awesome! The office team, maintenance crew and trash valet team have great attitudes and do stellar work. I also appreciate how pet friendly it is here. The overall energy and hospitality has been unmatched in my experience. Kudos, Grande View!

Melanie and I moved here in October and we love our apartment and all the amenities...we have GREAT neighbors and a very attentive and friendly staff. I would just like to say how awesome Diego and Miyori have been!! They are very quick and efficient when there has been any issue, Especially the AC!! They go above and beyond!!! Grande View is better with Diego and Miyori!!!

The new leadership at grande View is on the ball. Ms Sherman gets things done in a very timely matter if you have an issue. She makes sure it gets to the right person to solve it. Everytime I have been in the office she is always personable and happy to see you regardless of the other issues of the day. When the matter gets to Bridgette she handles it in a personal as well as profesional manner. They do their best to make this a good place to be, or otherwise I would be somewhere else.

This community is beautiful, the facilities are very clean and well maintained. Brigitte was wonderful and went the extra mile to make the move in experience as pleasant as possible.
Will miss it
Being at grande view for a year, the office and complex was impeccable. Patience made me feel welcome and is the BEST at what she does! And I have to give a shoutout to the maintenance, especially DIEGO !! I would put in a work order and it would be fixed the same day or latest.. the next day. Diego and patience made Grande View feel like a home to me and they deserve every bit of the praise. Not only were they getting their job done, but they get to know you, speak with you, and make the best of everything. My apartment (2/1) was very spacious, very close to the beach and mall ( I walked to both in less than 5 mins) If there were any issues.. it’s fixed once i contact the office. I will miss grande view

Great Experience
Me and my roommate recently moved in, the moment we seen the layout we knew these apartments would be perfect. From that moment on we have been talking to Patience and Amaya, we had SOO many questions (to the point we were nervous they would be upset with us constantly calling) but no neither of these woman ever had an issue each and every time we would call. They would constantly be answering with a positive attitude and were always ready to answer any questions we had. They truly made this whole experience for us so much easier and so much better. I can’t thank them enough for having patience with us.
