My wife and I are long-term residents of Kallisto at Bear Creek. It is a nice, quiet community and we enjoy living here.
My husband and I have lived here for a little over 2 years now and love it! It is a quiet and beautiful community. Our favorite part about the location is that Bear Creek trail is right behind us. The staff and maintance guys are always very kind and quick to help! They are always on top of keeping the building in great shape and up-to-date. We really enjoy living here. :)

Issues solved
I contacted the office because our dryer wasn't drying clothes in 1 or even 2 cycles and was crazy noisey. My hubs (a DIYer) cleaned out the hose to the wall. It was packed with lint. They had a company clean out the line from the roof and Isaac came to assess the noise. Some part was bad and he was right back with the part from another dryer. He was so friendly and courteous, that I didn't feel bad complaining about a noisey dryer lol

Issac is by far the best maintenance guy I have ever dealt with.. he always goes above and beyond with any issues I've had, and he always fixes them the first time. I am beyond pleased with his performance.
Maintenance
Ali is the absolute BEST maintenance person on staff currently. They were kind, professional, and even asked us if we were satisfied with the repair. They were on call when we needed an emergency repair and came right away. Request Ali for any and all of your maintenance needs, as they will come promptly and professionally to meet your needs. As for the rest of the maintenance crew at Kallisto, if they show up good luck receiving the same care as you do from Ali.
