If you’re looking for a nice place to live with a caring office staff KD is the place . Beautiful apartment nice up to date appliances. Nice pool . Gail and Rose are the best kindest people that I’ve ever met in Las Vegas. The newest attraction the spear is within view of this place. U will enjoy looking at the different colors and LED lights shows .
What a pleasant visit I had with KD Place, very nice staff, the unit was pricey once the add up all those fees. I will need to think about that

I recommend this place! The staff is absolutely amazing The manager Leo made me feel so welcomed and when running into a maintenance man named Javier I knew this was the right place for me! It's so peaceful and welcoming with an atmosphere of family. Thank you Mr. Leo.
Amazing place to live
I moved to Vegas as a single mom of three, two of which have special needs. A few weeks after arriving found out I was very sick and needed a lot of care. Living here has been nothing short of a blessing from rose and Leos kindness to having any issues taken care of immediately! very clean and nice apartments and the staff is amazing. I would highly recommend.
Great job
CELICA Gonzalez is doing a great job. She really listen to the us the people. I really like that she send maintenance as so as possible to your apartments when something needs fixing.
