Awesome maintenance service
I lived here going on 7 years and never had any problems at all. Today I am writing a review for Don the maintenance guy - we had a split window frame in the living room and the cold air coming in was horrible. Don came to fix it and went out of his way to make the correct repair, he did an amazing job and now the apartment has no more cold air coming in. Thanks so much for the special effort.
The apartments are very nice for the price and the staff is very nice and helpful especially Deja Crawford, she was the most helpful of them all and she is so sweet!

I would like to say that Dresden is amazing she is always friendly, cheerful and gives excellent service.

Considering we only have 1 man on maintenance Dylan very professional very pleasant to talk to and very very good at his job considering he is the only maintenance guy we have here he is very skilled in his field and knows how to get the job done fast and correctly and having a skilled maintenance man is a very good attribute for any complex to have

Hi, I love living here at Layton Meadows... the maintenance supervisor Dillon has been so awesome and is always there when you need and Aliyah is amazing she has gone above and beyond and she's so kind and loving and gets things get done....
