Impressed
We moved in not too long ago and the office ladies are really nice and very knowledgeable. We really love the floor plan layouts. Also, lots of convenient amenities and local eats nearby.
We love it so far!
My husband and I have lived here for almost 5 months now and we genuinely love it! We love the improvements the complex is making everyday, like the new basketball court And the dog park that’s coming! We love how pet friendly this complex is for our little guy. It’s in a great location, nestled at the end of a row of apartments. Being as it’s the last complex, behind us is very quiet. It’s a quiet area with a great staff and great maintenance team. The gym is small, but is perfect with everything you need. I’d highly recommend Mill Point to anyone looking for a great, quiet, pet-friendly place to live!
Mill Point Life
We have lived at Mill Point just under a year and we are definately wanting to renew our contract. We have lived in 2 other apartment complexes and a townhouse that was under 2 different management companies and we have had HORRIBLE experiences. MILL point has truly been our saving grace. Every company is of course a business who needs to be able to rub there business but even so Mill Point - Sammi and the rest of the leasing office have been amazing, straight forward and extremely transparent. No hidden anything which we so appreciate. Overall our experience has been awesome and we suggest you move here too!

I wanted to let you know that the leasing consultants are great. I worked with Melanie from beginning to end and she made me feel important. She listened to what I was looking for and was able to find the perfect solutions to suit my needs at every turn. Great place to live in
I moved here about three months ago and so far I am in love with the leasing office in this apartment complex. Everything here is awesome the maintenance is on top of every email that I sent out the leasing office is also one of the best staffs. This apartment complex is the cleanest and nice looking very spacious to live in. If I could rate them a 100 of 100 I would. I just love this place thanks
5 Star Apartments
Family friendly! I would recommend these apartments to any and all my friends or family! We are new to Utah and we have been made to feel so at home here! Our neighbors are kind and all the children play together. Clean pool and gym area that are never too busy. We are more than happy here at Millpoint! The customer service is also 5 star, we had once been not able to find a package and they kindly helped me track down what was missing. We are always made to feel like a priority which makes living here so easy!

I have only been living here for a short while, but I am loving it. Everyone in the front office was super helpful with the move in process, the amenities are awesome, and our apartment is beautiful. Absolutely love it here!

They were very helpful when signing our lease and picking up our keys! We haven’t had any issues so far and maintenance was very quick when we put in a request. Great!
Apartment Size is Great
My friend and I just moved into a two-bedroom apartment and the size is great. You could easily have 3-5 people live inside and be comfortable. The rooms are big and the closet size is huge. Feels pretty community-based lots of people hang out at the pool.

Great apartments
We have enjoyed living here! Whenever I have any questions, I always get a response. They try and help out the best they can! Whenever I have made a service maintenance request, it has got taken care of in a Timely manner. I feel like they all in the office genuinely care about the residents! Haven’t had any issues so far :) thanks Millpoint for making it easy and fun to live here!!! ?????

Clean and beautiful
I’ve been leaving here for almost 3 years and my experience has been excellent. All spaces are neat and we can feel a quiet and nice environment. I’ve never had any inconvenient with the leasing office. They are very polite and pay real attention to your questions and comments. Thank you Mill Point for been my home in these last 2 yrs.
Great customer service
As a new resident of Utah I found a great place to reside here at mill point apts. Being out of state the entire staff was so helpful getting our apt ready to move in when I arrived to the area. Mel was totally amazing answering any questions I had prior to moving in. Emily, Adam were also amazing to help the process. I definitely recommend this location in these apartments without a doubt to anyone looking for a great place to live. The pricing and specials were amazing to get started.

Hi there! We have renewed our lease once again, maintenance is so quick and helpful when a work request is needed to be done. We love our complex. Any concerns I had had over the last couple years, I always have reached out and the office team is so nice and understanding. The manager is sweet. Our home is close to my son’s school and we love the new things being built across the way. We love our apartment home as it feels like home!!! best complex I have lived in since we have been in Utah for 5 years now. Thanks for being awesome, Millpoint team. :)
Comfy with Amazing Views
We recently moved into Mill Point Apartments. Our space is open floor plan and although it is a bit smaller than what we are used to, it is still big enough to be comfy. The counters are upgraded and modern. Plenty of cabinet space,and the additional storage is a plus! We have a balcony that faces the mountains, and the view is simply stunning. The grounds are well kept and manicured. Theres an ample playground, as well as an outdoor pool, hot tub, exercise room, and a lounge for residents.The staff are all friendly, and on top of any concerns or repairs that may need attention. Mel is a stand out in the leasing office. She always takes the time to say hello using our names or ask how we’re doing, no matter if she sees us in the office or on the grounds somewhere.
MillPoint is Amazing
Our experience has been fantastic! The staff is always kind and helpful. I frequently go to them with questions, and they respond promptly. I submitted a maintenance request on a Sunday, and the maintenance team fixed it by Monday—very quick and professional service. Mele is an absolute gem! I highly recommend her if you need anything; the rest of the team is just as wonderful. MillPoint has hosted events this summer to encourage residents to come together and have fun. I love that the community genuinely cares about its residents. The community itself is very clean. MillPoint recently renovated the parking lot and tidied up the breezeways, making our surroundings look great! Staff members are always out cleaning the parking lot and pool, and they maintain the lawns every Wednesday. I truly appreciate MillPoint for taking the time to care for our community. For anyone considering living here, you will love it! It’s a charming apartment complex conveniently located near TopGolf, Swig, and Jersey Mike's.
