From the Buckeye State to the Golden State
We moved here to the Golden State from Ohio just a few months ago and I really must say that we owe a large debt of gratitude to Courtney the previous Community Manager for being such an instrumental reason for why we decided to choose The Oasis Anaheim. I am a HUGE fan of great customer service and her very high/positive energy working with my wife and I was absolutely infectious and the way she interacted with us along with how knowledgeable she was of the property and all of its amenities truly made us move the Oasis to the top of our list. It honestly was one of the most pleasant, enjoyable and memorable experiences we encountered in our apartment search. Thank you Courtney for being a very large part of why we had such a smooth transition moving all the way across the country to be closer to both of our children. After having lived here for a while now, I must say that we are extremely happy here at The Oasis Anaheim and strongly recommend living here. We have a fabulous maintenance team of Moises, Peter and Dom who stay on top of issues and requests and are all super friendly along with a very accommodating and helpful front office team of Carol, Katrina and Emily. It’s in a great location, nice and quiet and people here are very friendly. Our unit is everything and we could not ask for anything more in an apartment! It’s all updated, new appliances, huge bathrooms and closets and the open floor plan makes us feel absolutely like we are home. ~JB
Maintenance
Been waiting weeks for my washer to be fixed. Every time we call office we are told someone will come take care of it. Had to call again this week to follow up on my work order seeing as no one ever comes when they say. Thanks to the new manager Mrs. Ray and the maintenance tech Steve who got it fixed and done same day.
Worth it!
It's hard to find the right words to express how much I enjoyed my time here during my initial residency. I was so enamored with this place that, a year later, I made the decision to return, even after moving to a completely different apartment in the interim. If you're in search of a tranquil and peaceful living environment, Oasis is the ultimate destination. The exceptional staff played a pivotal role in my choice to return, and Katrina, in particular, consistently exhibits a high level of thoroughness and attentiveness. She always takes my concerns and questions seriously. I've never had a negative experience here, and I'm eagerly anticipating an extended stay filled with enjoyment. Whenever I reached out to maintenance for assistance, they were incredibly responsive, showing up promptly to resolve any issues.
Love the new staff and changes they are working hard to accomplish. Previously you would have to wait weeks to months to get anything done pertaining to your apartment, but now with the new manager Rae and the new maintenance Steve they got my work order followed up on and completed quickly. Thanks Rae and Steve!!

Anthony & Fernando did an amazing job yesterday completing our maintenance request quickly & were very kind! I also want to add that the ladies at the office (i feel so bad i don’t remember their names) are always welcoming whenever I walk through with my baby & have ALWAYS addressed any issues we’ve had!
Paint and Sip was so much fun!
My wife and I just moved into the Oasis and we are very happy. The manager, Rae Lynn put on an event the day before Valentine’s Day and it was awesome. The clubhouse was decorated for Valentine’s Day and the residents could hang out and pair wine glasses while enjoying some wine and horderves. It was a great way to meet some neighbors and relax for a bit. We are excited for more events as we settle into to our new apartment!
Great Manager
Since the new manager has taken position Rae Lynn has been nothing short of amazing. She takes her time to assess issues, listens thoroughly, and is a kind hearted woman. She is one of the best, I was having problems with the last apartment manager, but I am very grateful to have her in the office.

I contacted these apartments looking for inquiries on pricing and availability for living arrangements for a friend of mine who lives locally . The lady who helped me i think her name was Cristina was very helpful, informative , sweet and kind . It was refreshing to hear such love for her job and a positive attitude !
