Customer Service
I just want to thank the Apartment complex and the leasing office woman who had a package wrongly delivered there and called my employer so I can come get it. This was a lifesaver even though she did not know it or have to do that. Thanks so much and hope to hear from her personally to thank her again! It is 12/15/2020, and i would recommend these apartments and the working staff to all!!

A Beautiful Place to Live
My husband and I have lived in Panomar for the last two years and have very much enjoyed living here. Jenn is a wonderful property manager who ensures you have what you need. The view is spectacular and truly feels like a vacation home. We absolutely loved our time at the Panomar and would recommend it to anyone looking for upscale living in Alameda.
Amazing Place to Live
We have lived in Panomar for a year. We definitely would have lived here longer except we are moving for the military. Jenn is an amazing manager. I feel very lucky to have met her. She is very thoughtful and eager to help with anything you need. Tim the maintenance manager is also really great. Keeping everything in tip top shape. The apartments are really nice with great views. The location is great. I would highly recommend living here.
Loved living here
I am a previous resident at Panomar and absolutely loved living here. The view was just amazing and close to everything yet just far enough away. I was so sad when i got a job relocation because I just loved living at Panomar and the office staff there has always been amazing. If I am ever relocated back to the Bay Area I will be moving back to Panomar. Sammie

I contacted Angie the other day and wanted to leave a review because she was so much more helpfull then any of the other people i spoke to about my apartment search. I am not moving until end of September 2022, but as soon as I know when I will be relocating I will call Panomar and Angie again. Thank you so much Angie for all your help.

I had the pleasure of meeting Angie at Panomar and take a guided tour of Panomar with Angie. Angie took her time to answer all my questions and take me not only to the unit but also show me the roof top, fitness room, package lockers and bike locker. Gave me a lot of information about the area, which was so helpful since I am from MI and do not know the area at all. My move has been postponed until sometime in 2023, but once I know when I will be moving I will be reaching out to Angie. Thank you Angie so much for your outstanding costumer service you provided me.
Fabulous 2-bedroom apartment
I rented an apartment at the Panomar on the 3rd floor for six months, before I was transferred back to Europe. I absolutely loved the building, the location and the bright, modern apartment itself (the view of the Marina and sure doesn’t hurt either). Angie, the building manager, is both charming and incredibly helpful. I would definitely recommend taking a look at the Panomar: it’s a great place to live, in a lovely quiet neighborhood!
Its been a great experience!
I have lived here a few years and I recently transitioned to a larger apartment. I am very happy with my experience. The neighbors are friendly even one of the neighbors who has a moving company helped.
This place is great
As far as waking up and having a view of the world goes -- this place is great. The property manager, in particular, is wonderful. I’d highly recommend at least taking a look here if you are in the market for a place to live, especially if you enjoy being near the water.
Great Apartment
I had no major issues while living here and the staff was always happy to help and friendly. Even after I left they helped me with transition items.
