Hello, I have had the pleasure of meeting and being assisted by the wonderful staff at Parc South Mountain. Regardless of the situation, these ladies, Dyana Watson, Sonia Everett and Jasmine Campbell are and have always been solution oriented and professional while helping me find an answer. I have yet to have visited or walked by the office area and not have them wave and smile. I have lived in many complexes in my lifetime and the level of service and care provided by the staff at Parc South Mountain is on par with some of the best service I have ever received. Our previous (supposedly luxury) leasing experience was bizarre and at times disturbing (not at Parc South Mountain but in another area of Phoenix). I wasn’t sure where to turn. From the time that Javone Johnson at Parc greeted me, to the time I signed my lease and beyond, he demonstrates compassionate, professional work with a great attitude. He handles stress and challenges well. Unlike other companies that we worked with, who are typically just into making sales (and are only friendly until the paperwork is signed), I get the same, consistently professional and compassionate person (Javonne) day in and day out of everyday leasing interactions. His manners are better than anyone we have met in Phoenix and he is an exceptional young professional. Thank you.

Above and Beyond
Well what can I say that hasn't been said by others that have come to live here. The staff was, and is very comfortable to get to know. Ida was the first to meet. She was very gracious and understanding. Isabelle, a Wiz on the keyboard. She punched in our information in by herself when our electronic devices failed us. And Karen is very warm and inviting. I will be forever grateful for their time and understanding. Enough about the staff, but the bedrooms are spacious. The kitchen is very nice in size, very nice counter space. More than enough room for the family baker. So once again thank you.

Very kind as always, did everything possible to fix my issue. Work orders are done quickly and if I’m not home they always leave a receipt of everything worked on while I’m away.
