About to move in!
I am about to move out and this will be my first apartment. I got to tour this one among many others and found they best met my needs. Jesus helped me find the right fit and would highly recommend speaking to him if you are looking for a place.
Great place to live
I moved into Prados apartments in the middle of August. I had signed my lease before moving here from the Midwest, and I couldn’t have been happier with the transition. It was a risk to sign a lease before I had actually seen the place, but when I got here it was exactly at it as advertised. The first week I was there my car needed a jumpstart and two maintenance men, Francisco and Raul were incredibly helpful with that. Additionally, Monique in the leasing office has been awesome kind and super helpful! The interior of my space is beautiful, and it’s super nice to have a balcony in such a nice area. :)
Amazing Experience
I have been renewing my lease for the past 5 years straight because I want to continue living in such enjoyment and amazing experience. Jasmine is absolutely amazing. Whenever something is new, she explains it to me thoroughly and makes sure that whatever "issue" or "problem" I had when coming into the leasing office, she makes sure I leave on a positive note with a smile on my face and makes my day. I am so blessed to live at Prados Apartments and to have such an amazing Maintenance team such as Fransisco and Raul. ? ? ? ? ?

Everything is perfect here and the location is near everything I need. Staff had been very helpful
Best Kept Secret South of Camelback
I love this place! Since the day I moved in I’ve felt like I was on holiday in a Mediterranean resort! Discretely tucked away behind the basketball court this little compound with palm trees and small dipping pool is a delight. The staff is friendly and accommodating. And the remodeled apartments, luxury spa-like bathrooms and stainless steel kitchens, my front window looking out over the pool is pure joy. Mail delivery and mail box on sight and that basketball court awaits. I love it here…
I love living here
This complex is amazing. The staff is amazing and friendly. Any maintenance issues I’ve had have been addressed immediately and it’s really quiet and peaceful.
