Maintenance
Moved in mid December, needed a fewww things around apartment taken care of. Ray has been wonderful on all levels of customer services. My family definitely appreciates all that he has taking care of for being a 1 man crew. Thank you Ray
Great service
We have been here two weeks and have experienced excellent service especially the maintenance team of Ray and Abraham. Their prompt and friendly helpfulness with minor problems, has made our move easier. The front office, Leslie, Mario and Erica have also been very courteous and helpful. We’re glad to be part of this community.

New office staff is super friendly, property looks greatly kept , super excited after our visit !

Abraham and Lexie made two repairs in our apartment Saturday, July 6th. Both gentlemen are professional, affable, keen to their profession and preformed the work without disruption or clutter. Prisma is fortunate to have the young men on staff. PWS

Once again, I was given first class treatment at Prisma Apartments. The staff here has gone above and beyond to make sure this community is what is expected. I appreciate the complex being well taken care of and suitable for it's residents. Harley Smith, the property manager, continues to amaze me with the dedication she provides at this community. I just want to thank Harley and her staff for making my stay here pleasant and worry-free
