I can't thank Rex Cruz and Andy Zambora enough, for taking good care of my apartment needs. They are timely, efficient, and thorough with their tasks. What I appreciate too is their communication efforts to work around my schedule. Always professional, courteous, and upbeat. I trust them working in my home.
Maintenance staff
I just wanted to say that Rex and Andy are doing awesome jobs. They are always happy to help and are great at there jobs. Andy helped me twice this week around 5 am because my heater broke down and really did a great job. This place would fall apart with out there hard work.
New Office Staff/Maintenance
I have lived here for just a year and was not going to renew my lease due to the few things that I had asked to be fixed during the old company’s time. I called to let the new office staff know and Mr Andy was up here and had most things finished quickly love this. He is a vary pleasant man and was wonderful both times he was here. Do to this service and the fact that I think this new set of people will actually get these things all fixed. I do believe my family and I will be staying here. Thank you Andy and Melanie.
Maintenance Master!
Rex and Andy came over last week to remedy a leaky kitchen sink after the freeze, thanks guys for the great work! Andy stayed to repair a laundry list of items I had, from the ceiling light fixture, to the blinds, to a stubborn exhaust fan. In under an hour, Andy had everything back to tip-top shape. He is always very pleasant and respectful, has a great attitude, and is quick on the draw!

I do not like to call the office for anything to do with repairs as I am use to nothing getting done (do to the previous owners). But Andy was here for the second time and fixed my A/C and refrigerator. So we are 2 for 2 with Mr Andy. So thank you so much for knowing your job mister. ???

Johnika office lady
We moved in July of this year so we have only been here a little over a month but she spent over an hour on phone getting thing’s done to make sure we were approved and she worked hard to do it. We appreciated it greatly. We like working with her. She’s very honest and upfront always very helpful and courteous. So far it has been a nice place to live and maintenance has been good and quick when we had to ask them to check a couple things out and it was done fast. So thank you maintenance and Johnika.

My review is for Rex and Andy. I've lived here for 3 plus years now. One good thing this place has going for them is an awesome maintenance crew. I've had a couple different maintenance issues living in my time here and Rex and Andy have always been here to fix the problem, quickly. They are knowledgeable in their jobs and of the properly. They are respectful and kind. I trust them in my home and I trust that whatever is wrong they will handle it. I hope this place knows just how lucky they are. If either of these guys ever decided to leave all of us would be in a bad way. I give 5 stars to maintenance.

I have been a resident since 2020 and the office leasing staff is stellar in customer service, Francisco from maintenance is awesome and a true asset to the apartment complex, he is so friendly and clean is in and out with getting repairs done quickly ???❤️ also a disabled veteran he makes sure to look out for folk's like me. ??

Francisco has been one of the most efficient members in maintenance in my time here. He easily identified the problems, providing solutions that resolved them quickly.
I had a problem with my toilet and Francisco came after hours because he was on call and did a great job resolving my issue. He was helpful and friendly.
I have been here almost For a little while. Just wanted to say that Francisco has been a great handyman with our maintenance situation s. I recommend him for anyone s maintenance issues.
