Great service
We recently had a light fixture break in our apartment. I called Audra in othe office and let her know and she sent Curtis over the same day to repair it. When they found that it couldn't be repaired, they replaced it with a great new fixture in just a couple of days. Audra is very friendly and helpful when I call and lets me know they will take care of it. In my experience with Audra and Curtis, they do take care of it well, and in a friendly way. They were also very helpful on a day where I didn't have my keys and needed to get into my apartment. They had some keys ready for me and even checked on us to make sure the keys worked. When I saw Curtis and Audra in the office they were very friendly and willing to help. I have found that Audra has been a great manager, and keeps things running well. Curtis has been great as well assisting with our maintenance needs as well as making sure it is all working. We enjoy living at Ridgeview and have been here almost 4 years. The management team is responsive, friendly and helpful, and I appreciate it very much.

Cory's kindness
I had stopped by one morning and the office was closed. I saw a gentleman who was picking up the trash with a uniform. He introduced himself as Cory a maintenance personal. He apologized for the office being closed, but was willing to offer any help I needed. Cory took the time to show me a vacant 2 bedroom and toured the grounds with me. What a nice man. Cory was very professional and so polite. I will certainly return at a letter time I just had to share my experience with Cory at Ridgeview apartments.

This is a great place! We have awesome management Tiffiney who is so great to talk to and makes sure you know that you are welcome and helps with anything she can, maintenance is great and no matter what help I need I know I can get ahold of Cory and he will make sure he figures out what is going on to make our lives comfortable, he has always been here as fast as possible even if it’s something little that we need help with, he has a great personality, and is fun to talk to! I’m so happy I found this place when I did!
