There are good things happening over here at Grove at Hickman,there are good people and good management .It’s a good place to live, most of all I love the creek that surrounds the apartments.😀
Now I love living here
Lived here since 2018 seen a lot come and go not only tenants bt staff. Now we have a staff that cares about all aspects of living and growing. They Easter egg hunt they did was awesome. Waiting to see what else new comes. Thanks Rike

I’ve lived here almost 7 years. 1000% change since I moved in. Management is very friendly as opposed to years past with not keeping their word. Keep up the good work Grove.

Tim and reike were so friendly and helpful! They assisted in helping us relocate back to the des moines area!
New management
I don’t know how this place use to be however, the 2 new managers at this place are phenomenal. The building is being remodeled is all I can say the least. I was given the grand tour around the complex and noticed that management knows just about everyone by name. If you are looking for a fair chance at living, I recommend this place to be your new home.
Impressed
I just want to give a shout out to Reike and the new owners of Grove at Hickman. As a volunteer for the Society of St. Vincent de Paul, I've been very impressed with the care and concern that Reiki has for those who call Grove at Hickman home. He is a compassionate challenger in the true sense of those words.
