We are a pet friendly community! There is a $250 non-refundable pet fee and an additional monthly pet rent ($15 one pet / $35 two pets) required. However, the following breeds are prohibited: Pit Bulls (Bull Terriers or American Staffordshire Terriers), Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Dobermans, Chow-Chow, Cane Corsos, Presa Canarios, Akitas, and Huskies. Please be aware that for approved pets you must submit a veterinarian statement (no more than 12 months old) establishing the general health of the animal and the status of all require
