Apartment searches are hard. My boyfriend and I had been looking at different complexes for weeks, it was stressful, annoying, time consuming, and very worrisome. After finding the Preserve at City Center Apartments, we got in contact with Diana from the leasing office. Ever since stepping foot in the office for a tour— to being resided here today, it was a breeze. She was very helpful, extremely thorough and detail oriented when getting us through the leasing process. There was no messing around, it was good business. We felt welcomed and enjoyed her enthusiastic and friendly company. Now thanks to her, we have our new home and couldn’t be happier.

I had the pleasure of having Quincy come and do some work on my stove and was very pleased in his professionalism, how quickly he identified the issue with the stove and the timely manner he got the stove back operational.

Preserve at city center current new staff is by far the most helpful staff I ever encountered ever since I've being living in these apartments I met 6 different leasing people since living here & by far this is the best staffing team I met teresa & of course the rest of the staff . They have been the most helpful in many ways their communication is top tier , customer service is incredible and they are very sweet & respectful . Thank you again preserve at city center new staffing .

Since I moved in the ladies in the office have been great and they always say hi and ask how I am doing the maintenance staff are great Jeff is excellent. I lived here 20 +year ago and I love being back
