Wonderful Staff
We have been living in the Wasatch Commons Apartments while our home is being built here in Heber. We have been so impressed with how clean and quiet the place is and how friendly the staff has been. When we need maintenance for even something simple, the maintenance crew shows up quickly and is extremely nice and efficient. And the Management, Krista and Shantel, have been more than wonderful to work with when we had any questions! We highly recommend this place to anybody who is looking for a very nice place to live!

Doggy heaven
My dog loves the dog park and surrounding trails not to mention there’s poop bags and trash cans every 5 feet. We love saying hi to all the residents dogs and going on walks around the apartment complexes.
Amazing Service
For some reason my washer has had bad luck and maintenance has come out countless times to look at it and even replaced it. They also gave me a solution to try after they tried to fix it. They're very friendly and professional and always come when asked even if its for something little.
beautiful place to live
absolutely wonderfull and beautiful apartments and location. It is a bit out of town, but thanks to this and the open fields there are amazing views of the mountains. The people are amazing, especially the community managers. Always great chatting it up with the neighbors while enjoying the outdoors.
After living at the Commons for a year I can comfortably give a solid review. Shantel is great, she has an answer for all your questions and I am pretty sure she knows every resident by name. Maintenance has struggled a bit this year with keeping a full staff, but the office has handled it very well. The grounds could use some TLC. Dog park is a nice amenity, the residents are friendly. Overall the Commons is a great & safe place to live in the Heber Valley and the views are unapparelled!

Maintenance Service
I had a dryer unit in my apartment out for about a month and was unable to use it at all. Luckily, Jay Loid from Wasatch Commons was able to come in and had it fixed in a few hours! He was very friendly and explained what was going on with the unit so I would understand. He made sure to clean up after and was great! I would definitely want his help if something else was broken.

Hey couldn't unlock my grandson's apartment, panicked, went to the office thank goodness Shantel was there and she like usual calmed me down and sent Jay the maintenance supervisor which responded immediately. Thanks again to the great staff!!!
Smoke Detectors
Jay came to my apartment on Friday night (during his dinner out with his family) and stayed beyond the time necessary in order to verify the alarms would not go off. He was very friendly, and professional. And when one of the alarms went off again, he returned to change out the battery again, and stayed to see if the alarm would go off. At 6:30 a.m. the next morning, one of the alarms started chirping. Jay came back on Saturday, changed out the batteries on all 4 alarms again, and stayed to see if the alarms would go off. Thank you, Jay, for being so thorough. Great service!.
Snow removal
It’s been an extra tough year with weather. Rocco and Jay kick butt, keeping my sidewalk cleared in time for early morning shifts.
Broken stove
J and Rocco came over to look at our stove because it was not preheating turned out. We need to get a new one and they got it as fast as they could and they got it put in and it works great.
Same Day Service
Had a couple of maintenance items today. Jay was out the same day, got them fixed straightaway.
