Neighbor issues
I lived here for almost a year now and have had barely anything issues that staff is super nice. However the people who live under us have made me living here hard when they are constantly fighting and slamming things so hard it is shaking things in my apartment. It is everyday and it wake those living here at 3 AM sometimes. Other than that it’s a great place.
Decent place
I lived at Willow Cove for a year. I needed a place closer to work for a year while I was house hunting. It served the purposes very well. The staff was very attentive and relatively quick to resolve issues. It has a decent pool and clubhouse, even if coronavirus made it unable to be used for most of the time I lived there. I really wish they wouldn’t have quite as many separate fees, but it was still competitive even with that, just be prepared for about 10% additional costs that many places roll into the rent. Overall, if you’re looking for a decent apartment in a complex at a reasonable price, you could do a lot worse.
Such a great community
I have been here 2 years and I absolutely love living here. Management is prompt and friendly, things are fixed quickly. I live in a renovated unit and it is one of the nicest places I’ve lived. Highly recommend it.
Maintenance
I love Willow Cove Apartments. Jerry in maintenance came over really late after hours and fixed a leak in the kitchen. Did a great job. I’d recommend Willow Cove to anyone.
