Great place
We just moved in and it has been a blessing to have this remarkable apartment. The ladies in the office Shanda and Diana are always friendly and helpful. Shanda will keep you laughing with her humor and Diana always has a smile on her face. The maintenance team especially Joe will stop what he is doing to help you with an issue. I would say that it would be better with central air but this wall air conditioner gets the job done. Very clean property and Lenny is always walking around making sure. The view of the mountains is refreshing to look at in the morning. Our over all experience has been awesome and glad to finally have an amazing place to call home. Thanks Cheyenne Crossing.
Best Apartments
I am relocating to Colorado Springs from Texas and went to see the community which was amazing. I really enjoyed that they have a year-round heated swimming pool plus a dry sauna. The office staff was very friendly and Diana did an awesome job of touring us around. Did not like they had pot holes in the road but said those were being fixed next and the area is quiet and nice. The price was affordable for having a large family and needing a 2 bedroom plus it was just installed with central heat and air which is needed in my case. They are pet-friendly so glad to bring our dogs with us and having a bark park is neat. Over-all a wonderful atmosphere and will be applying for an apartment there immediately.
Great Place To Live
We recently moved out of Cheyenne Crossing Apartments and the fees were a little high sometimes but the office team is wonderful. They have a year-round swimming pool and a dry sauna that is wonderful to use. Maintenance is always around to fix anything that is wrong and since covid lifted they are on top of the work orders more regular. The over all feeling here is a great place to live.
Best Apartment
We are moving from Texas to Cheyenne Crossing Apartments and when visiting did a tour which was uplifting and the property is beautiful. The leasing agent was very friendly and Diana went out of her way to explain how the process works for applying, what you get inside the apartment and showed me the community which I fell in love with. The year-round pool and 24-hour fitness center is worth living here. The grounds were well kept and looks like they have done lots of upgrades. Cannot wait to move in over the summer and if you want a nice place to live go here.

Apt Review
Really, this was the single best complex i have stayed at. Its very clean, the trash is picked up regularly, tons of pups live in the neighborhood, the staff are friendly, maintenance is efficient and timely...could go on and on. My only complaint is that the internal dog park is quite small, but that is very minor considering most complexes don't have a dog area at all.

The move in process was so easy thanks to the Cheyenne Team! Ashley and Lenny in the office are so professional during any of our interactions and when I needed maintenance their team had great customer service!
Great staff and great environment
Nothing but positive encounters with the entire staff to include the maintenance technicians with any and all questions that came up during my lease. Quiet areas, beautiful apartments with ample amount of space. I would 100/10 recommend this apartment to anyone!
