Great apartments. The only part I will take from living here is the parking; there aren't enough spots when you come home later than seven and occasionally have to park across the complex. If you can get a garage, that would be the best decision to have guaranteed parking.

Recently, some refugee friends who are new to the area were looking for an apartment. This search was exhausting but the staff at Peaks made this process so much better for them. Mandy, Chanel, and Sarah all played an integral role in helping them find a perfect match for their needs. Mandy, in particular, took the time needed to answer all of their questions and to work out all of the critical details with their host agency. We could not have been more impressed with their patience, diligence, and kindness. This is an organization that clearly values people and that is uncommon these days. Sarah is amazing!!! She helped us so much with understanding all our lease changes and we’re going on our 4th year here!! Best place to live in Colorado by far. Staff is always present and friendly, maintanance is always on top of repairs and the complex is always being kept up with paint and landscaping.

Mandi has been so helpful throughout our move-in process, from our initial apartment tour to now helping us get settled in! The apartments are beautiful and the view is stunning! I wake up every morning thinking I am on vacation! The units are clean, maintenance is prompt, and the location is central to so many things to do!

Move in was quick and easy. When you go in make sure you ask for Mandi she is great and she will go out of her way to help you. The property is well kept, the pool and common area is beautiful and the apartment is amazing. Love it here!

I won't move in for two more months, but with their assistance, everything that needs to be taken care of will be done before the move. I have lived her awhile now and I couldn’t see my household anywhere else! The whole team Office and Maintenance are amazing. You have questions or concerns they find a solution, work orders have been quick. The office even does special things for those special memories! The whole complex is family friendly and pet friendly. If you are looking for an At home feeling, then check out peaks at Woodmen! Let them know I sent ya!!!

I ended up getting stranded here today because it was the closest place for me to pull in with the car trouble I was having. First, the maintenance guys were very nice to help me move my car from blocking traffic. Then I went into the office to let them know that I had a tow truck coming because I was parked in an awkward spot. Chanel, the community manager, was so understanding and sweet. She even offered me a water while I waited. It was such a nice experience at a time when I really needed it, not to mention, she could have been unwelcoming and rude about the inconvenience, but it was just the opposite. I would definitely consider these apartments if I was looking.

Chanel, The community manager even offered me some water while I wait for a tow truck. It was very nice at a time that I needed it, and she could’ve treated me very differently. Moving from out of state to Colorado Springs and loved touring The Peaks. Crystal did an amazing job showing my dad and I around and offering so much information not only about the apartment but for things to do around the area. Would highly recommend!
