Great place to live!
In the 13 months I lived there (1 bedroom) I loved it. The highlights for me were that the place is well maintained, it’s quiet, only had two maintenance issues the whole time I was there, the AC and some blinds had to be replaced - both resolved in less than a day, the pool and jacuzzi are nice to relax, they have a steam room and sauna, billiards table, and a decent sized gym. The best part though is the front office ladies are easy to work with and take the time to listen if you have a concern. Alisha stands out though for me as she always treated me nicely from day 1 till I left. I would definitely recommend Herriman Towne Center Apartments.
Taya was amazing throughout my whole process! She answered every question I had and helped me every step of the way. This was the fastest application process ever and I had no issues with any of it because of Taya!
The office staff is very helpful and genuine towards the residents, and having the Amazon locker on-site is extremely convenient! They also have a wide array of floor plans available in a couple different styles which I appreciated during the selection process.
Herriman Towne Center apartments have beautiful accommodations for a wonderful living experience! Plus with tremendous amenities not only for myself but for my dog as well and we both are happy to be residents here. The staff is truly amazing and personable and always there for any questions or assistance needed. I am very happy that I renewed my lease recently and I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else! Thank you!
Office and maintenence staff are awesome! They're responsive and resolve all issues within a reasonable amount of time. The property is well maintained but the other part of it is the tenants responsibility. If you want to live in a nice place, you should do your part by picking up after yourself, your kids, and your animals. Amenities are great, and apartment units are spacious. I would highly recommend this place to live.
FANTASTIC MAINTENANCE
The supervisor (didn't catch his name) and Ryan on the maintenance team are absolutely phenomenal! We were having issues with an appliance in our apartment and the team came as soon as possible fix the issue. It was less than 24 hours before we had someone at our door here to help. It was not an immediate emergency so we were okay to wait. They were so kind and helpful throughout the process. You can not ask for a better maintenance crew! Happy to live here!
Prefect home living
If you are looking for a better place to live you don't have to look any longer this is the prefect home. I'm am very happy I chose to live here. The office staff are just like family. If you have any questions or concerns the staff are right on it.
Maintenance Team is Great
I have been living at the Herriman Towne Center apartments for over a year. The maintenance team is fast to act when a maintenance request is submitted and helpful. I submitted one today and in 4 hours, Jeff arrived fixed all the issues in under 15 minutes. He was professional and speedy.
Prefect Place to Live
I have lived here almost two years and don't plan on moving. The office team goes well above awesome along with the maintenance team. All of the staff treats you like family. So if you're looking for a home you do not need to look any further.
