There are three main things that are absolutely wonderful about living at La Vida at sienna hills. The first being how amazing our apartment looks, everything is brand new and works great. The second is the location of our apartment complex, it is just far enough away from st. George to avoid most traffic. Also the surrounding places a few different trails will take you are beautiful and can be enjoyed by anyone. Third and definitely not the last wonderful thing about living here is the management. Kristen has been so communicative and helpful through our entire moving process and continues to be since we've been here. I've never lived somewhere where the management is so attentive, on top of things, and kind to us. She is excellent at her job and We are super grateful to live here, for Kristen, and the entire La Vida staff.
Best Management!
Being new to the area is scary but Kristin and Katie both welcomed us with open arms! Anything we have ever needed, asked, or had an issue with, they have both been here to help. The apartments themselves are great along with management and all staff of La Vida. Katie and Kristin both have always effectively communicated with us every step of the way and we honestly couldn't ask for any better! We love it here!
Looking for a place to live closer to my job.
I stumbled across this beautiful apartment complex and I stopped in and there to greet me was Carissa and she proceeded to help me then took me on a tour and I just loved it. She is a great gal and she is working on getting me into a place there. Depending on how everything goes I hope that I can live here it is wonderful. I can't say enough on how I was treated by Carissa. She is so amazing and I can't wait to work more with her all the way till I move into there apartment complex. Thanks to Carissa and her personality we are excited.
Great place to live
I love living here in a1 bedroom i like the hot tub and the office staff is the best there are friendly and very helpful and they always ask how my dog is doing. When I pick up a package they always ask me anything else they can do for me

I loved the floor plan for 3 bedroom and Kristen was so kind willing to help out she has a nice ? and they didn't have any openings when I need to move I will come back again
Great place
The place is terrific. Has everything you could want. Spacious apartments with all the amenities, grounds are well kept, covered parking, great pool, gym. Close to shopping and local attractions, parks, etc. Kudos to Missy who was super helpful in getting me set up in my place.
Staff and Apartments
First off i want to say how amazing the girls are here Lisa savanna and paisley. They are amazing and super kind .. Lisa helped me get in my apartment she walked me Through everything collected the fees said give me 2-3 days for your background mind you it was Thursday at 5 she called me Friday morning with a approval by 10 am .. The apartments are beautiful it was bright white when I moved in and clean .. I have had 2 issues with kids door ditching me at 12-3 am and I told the lady’s and they handled it immediately.. I would recommend these apartments all day . Best thing about them is they are pet friendly no breed restrictions with strit pick up after your pet rules to keep this place looking beautiful . I absolutely love the no smoking on property of any kids also . Love this place 5 stars from me
Amazing!!
My boyfriend and I moved in to La Vida about a month ago, and life since has been absolutely amazing. We moved from Las Vegas and really wanted to find a place that was comfortable and spacious; that’s exactly what we found at La Vida. It’s far enough away from the main city to where there’s not a whole lot of busy traffic, yet almost every store is within 10-15 minutes of the complex. The unit itself feels exactly as advertised: an apartment home. It’s spacious, has upgraded appliances, and a modern look at a very reasonable price. The complex is very clean and there are dozens of walking trails to explore around the property. The cherry on top has to be the staff members. The girls at the front have done an amazing job at helping us through the whole application and move in process. They’ve been kind, patient, and very informative (something I’ve rarely experience with most leasing agents). Although we’ve only been here a month, they’ve helped us make this feel like a home. So if you’re looking for upgraded living in an amazing community, I highly recommend La Vida at Sienna Hills!!

Absolutely fantastic property and exceptional staff....Harry, Bethany and Brianna really go above and beyond expectations. Its so refreshing to be in a community where people really care and work with you even in times of difficulty and are committed to ensuring you finally have a place to call home. I cannot say enough good things about the property. My apartment is spacious, clean, quiet and the amenities provided are outstanding. I'd recommend La Vida @ Siennna HIlls to anyone and I'm so grateful every day to come home to La Vida.

Exceptional experience moving into La Vida @ Sienna Hills. Bethany, Brianna and Harry are amazing and go above and beyond for their residents constantly. After coming from Vegas, its so nice to meet exceptional, professional people....I seriously can't say enough good things about the management team here. It's a beautiful location, a large, clean, quiet apartment and finally....a place I can call home. Thank you!!!!

I love La Vida!! The amenities are amazing! They have a fully equipped fitness center so I have been able to cancel my gym membership. There are 3 pickleball courts so there's always a spot for us to play. They even have 2 seperate playgrounds which keeps my kiddos busy for hours. I love to wind down in the hot tub while we cookout on the poolside grills. Definitely recommend!!!

Bethany and Brianne were so helpful they helped us get into an apartment within two weeks! Funny, nice and helpful, they get back to you immediately and are incredibly understanding by far the best help and absolutely nicest apartments and amenities if I could I would give 10 out of 5 stars! Absolutely recommend
