Love this apartment Sky @ Brio
Sky at Brio is built at a perfect location, it is near many shopping stores like Costco, BestBuy, Albertson, Home Depot, and Walmart. Megaplex movie theater is 5 minutes away, and nearby Green Spring Golf course (great course and reasonable price too) is just so beautiful and a fun course. My wife and I moved into this amazing apartment in April of 2021 from Bountiful, Utah. We were so impressed with the facility, price, and the layout for the active adults. Most of all, the great facility manager Amy was friendly, accommodating and kind. Because of her friendliness and her out-going personality, she facilitated many social activities, from them, we met many of the tenants and they became our new friends and this apartment is more like a home to us. You cannot find a better place to call home then Sky at Brio, you will love it like we did. -Sam
What can i say about living at Sky at Brio ! We have lived here about a year and are so happy we made the decision to call it home ! The staff are very accommodating and go out of their way to help. Its a quiet nice active retirement community with all the luxurious you ever need …. Gym, pickleball courts, hot tub, beautiful clubhouse, and a nice big pool area ! Very friendly residents and your pets are welcome too ?
Wonderful place to live
The management staff Harry, Amy and Eva are terrific helpful and caring. Chris and Logan head up the maintenance crew and are terrific at their work. Houskeeping crew keep the buildings immaculate. Security is marvelous. I highly recommend Sky at Brio.
No Place Like Home
Sky at Brio has definitely become home for me. Management, amenities and neighbors have made my time here wonderful. I look forward to the monthly community gatherings that are so well planned and executed. The staff has been outstanding in their response to maintenance requests and they are always pleasant and willing to answer questions and offer help. They are the BEST! If your are considering Sky at Brio, they have my vote.

Home Sweet Home
We have enjoyed living here at Sky at Brio! Just wanted to give a shout out to the people who make it so enjoyable! First our maintenance people Logan and Chris do a fabulous job.They keep the grounds very clean and are always quick to help with problems in the apts. The office staff is great. Harry is doing a great job as manager. Hes friendly,very professional and his managment skills are above and beyond. Amy and Eva always friendly and alwsys take care of the problems. Residents love going up and visiting with them ! In my opinion they are all a true asset to the corporation! Great team !
Housekeeping
Wanted to give a shout out to Hailey the housekeeper for doing such a awesome job ! Our building is always cleaned each day .She vacuums, cleans the elevator, washes windows and even cleans up dog messes ! Thanks Hailey for all your hard work! It’s appreciated.
No other place is better
I moved here from Florida and moved right into Brio. I love it here … I think they will have to move me out with a toe tag!! I love Harry the manager he is awesome. He is friendly and addresses all issues on time and appropriately! He seems to want this place to be the best place to live! I have noticed almost all the apartments are occupied ! Amy Hooks and Eva (who is new to the staff at brio) are both awesome ! They are helpful and make you feel at home! I cannot leave out our maintenance crew… they are the best! Always helpful and take care of problems promptly and maintain the grounds so well! They go beyond their duties to help if needed! Choose to live here! You won’t find better! You will be welcomed … everyone is friendly.
Maintenance/Neighbors
The building I live in my neighbors on the 2nd floor are some of the nicest I've met. They love my dog Lady, we make visits now and then so those that do not own a dog can enjoy her company and visa versa out walking she is greeted all the time which makes her day! Maintenance crew is the best they are right on top of things. Haven't met the new management crew yet but I have heard good things already!

Lol.. That’s a funny way of saying that I’m gonna be here forever. I was so nervous coming to a new town and moving into a place. I’ve never even seen Emy, Jaydee, Savannah, Amy H, Harry, Chris, Logan, Dan and Heather you can’t ask For a better group of people. And you treated like family. The complex is beautiful and wonderfully run, the apartments are great, the people are friendly. I love being at home.

Living at Sky at Brio
My wife and I have lived at Sky at Brio for about 2 years, and we have enjoyed living here. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they make sure that we tenants are taken care of and when you need help, they are there for us and we like how they treat us. We like the monthly parties and especially the bingo night. They also keep the area looking nice and well kept. We don't use the pool or spa, yet, they are here to use, and we know others like using them. They have a barbeque area and a game to play. Can't remember what it is called, it is to throw a bean bag a certain distance and try to get it in the hole. They have a lounge around area, a room with exercise equipment, a post office area and places to park. Great place to live and let someone else take care of the outside. We love it here.
Great Place to Live
I moved in 15 months ago. Amy Hooks was the Leasing Agent and she was wonderful. Management has always been friendly and caring, plus responsive. The amenities are fabulous and well maintained. The residents are delightful neighbors. This has become my home and I am very grateful to be here.
Great place to live!!
I have lived here at Sky at Brio for a little over 2 years and I love it here!! I feel safe and comfortable in my home. The residents are friendly and welcoming. And the staff is amazing! Jadee, Savanna and Amy are so happy and friendly and always willing to do what they can to help. They also plan a fun group activity at least once a month. Our complex is very clean and well maintained thanks to Chris, Logan, Dan and Heather. I hope to call this home for many more years.
Seeing as Dan and I are the original residents of the community, and are still here, I guess you could say we like it. *smile* New management is stellar, as is the entire crew. Of course there are certain residents, (that I wont mention by name, Dan and Patty) that REALLY make the place home for residents .... hahahahahahaha. Thanks for letting me get a plug in for my awesomeness. Highly recommend the complex to all.
Wash Machine Repair
Shout out to Logan in the Maintenance Department for his quick response and repair to my wash machine. I also appreciated his efforts in keeping me updated and ultimately letting me know when the repair was completed. Thanks again Logan!

Great place to live!!
I recently had my carpets cleaned by Heather and she did an awesome and thorough job. She was pleasant and friendly the whole time. Heather is one of the reasons I love living at Sky at Brio.

Amy has been in the office for the three years I have lived at Sky at Brio. It has been great to walk into the office and see her friendly and smiling face. She is always willing to do whatever she can to help. She has helped make living at Sky at Brio a wonderful place to call home.

Our new property manager Phoebe she is amazing I’m glad Phoebe moved to Washington area she easy to work with Stephanie our assistant manager she still learning all the paperwork she always have a happy face willing to do anything for u Amy H is wonderful person to work with doing the paperwork is easy because she does most of the paperwork for you before u sign the lease Heather the cleaning lady is very friendly and works hard to keep all the buildings clean. And she cleans the apartment after the people move out and when new people move in sometimes Heather go crazy because we have a lot people moving in same day. Gavin and Logan they are the best Maintenance guys in the company when I put in a work order in they are at my apartment in 48 hours when I put my work order in and they get job done first time and done right if they have to order a part for dishwasher washer and dryer they let u know and give u a time line when going be fix. I’m very happy living here
