Wonderful Maintenance Crew
I want to thank the wonderful crew at Lakeside. I had a backup in my kitchen Thursday (10/15/2020) night, Jose was on call. I told him the problem and he promptly came all the way from Richmond and fixed my backed up pipes. It was after 10pm, I was very thankful and was able to sleep very well. I love when employees show pride in their work and Jose showed me he values his position. Thank you so much.

We had a problem with our shower drain and with paint starting to peel in the bathroom. Georgina came by herself to repair the drain and she repainted the bathroom as well. She was also very nice! Thank you so much Georgina for being so thorough in your work. Greatly appreciated!

We had some problems in our apartment to be fixed. Georgina came and did an amazing job, she knows what she is doing, she is pretty efficent. Georgina keeps her word. She told me to me make list, bring it to the office so that they could do the work orders, and then she came and fixed everything. Expidited the ordering of a new stove. She provided me great service.

I lived @ Lakeside since 2019 and recently had to move back to Texas in September and let me tell you the Best Staff this side of Heaven is Tommi and Keisha who were my go to for anything! Maintenance Crew are Amazing! I will miss my beautiful apartment
