Awesome staff!!
The staff at Legacy are 2nd to none. They work extremely hard to attend to your every need and rectify any problems that may occur . The office staff are very cordial and professional . They are always happy to see you.
Amazing!
I’ve lived here over a year I have to say the staff, and maintenance are all great. The response time on issues inside the apartment, Office staff returning calls or getting back to you promptly. Everyone’s very friendly. I’m happy to be a resident at Legacy at Dove Mountain!

Best Apartments in Arizona
I am a long time resident here (over 7 years), and although the new management staff are "new kids on the block" because of new ownership, they have proved very accommodating, and willing to listen, and try to work out, any situation that arises. As they are new, I had the opportunity to experience their willingness to show their appreciation for being a long time resident, when I had to renew my lease. They were very understanding of my situation, and worked out an acceptable lease so that they could keep me as a resident (for at least another year). I have found that Lisa (the new manager) is friendly and willing to make time for anyone who has the need to speak with her. Their maintenance staff (being the same one that was here before they take over, is outstanding, and always respond to my work orders in a timely manner. As I have mentioned before, I have lived here over 7 years already, and do not foresee any reason that I will want to move, anytime in the near or distant future. I would recommend these apartments over any others in the area, if you are looking for a real place to "call home". They make you feel as vital part of the community, not just a paying tenant.

I can honestly say I have a home here at Legacy. Our management team, Sabrina and Kayla are to say the least, the best in the business. They are consistently providing sevices for the residents as is noted by among other things, the awesome waffle brunch that they cooked up for us. Excellent communication that keeps us informed about everything. So happy to live here. Manny and our maintenance team are 2nd to none. Thank you!

Great Apartments and a Great Tour
We had a tour of the complex on Saturday Oct. 5th with Jem and she was great. She showed us the property (not just the apartment like some places do), and then showed us two apartments that we are interested in with one being a classic layout and the other being a more modernized unit. Both are excellent units with one being a model that has furniture in it that really helps to envision the size and space it offers. Jem answered all of our questions and even answered some that we hadn't thought of. All in all this was a very pleasant experience and we are looking forward to speaking with Jem again soon with hopes of making Legacy At Dove Mountain our new home.
