Tania Tigre, the assistant community manager, is the most helpful, patient, and thoughtful person we have ever met. She puts her heart and soul into her work. She works like she has a share in the company. We kept her after her working hours to finish our paperwork and she had no problem with that and she stayed late to finalize everything. She is an addition to your legacy guys.
Great Maintenance
I been here for awhile and any maintenance issue I have is always taken care of by Dandy. He has outstanding character and it shows in his work ethic. He works mainly by himself and never is in a bad mood. I appreciate him greatly for everything he has done, taking care of this beautiful property. LOL I hope he never leaves.
Maintenance repair
We had to have our ac unit replaced. Mr. Dandy explained the process of what was going to need to happen step by step and was on it! He did an excellent job in keeping us updated day by day and worked hard despite having to work in the 90 degree weather. Thanks Mr. Dandy for getting us taken car of, your prompt work and your great customer service!!
