I have lived at this complex for 8 years and witnessed the various management come and go. Although the quality of the neighborhood has changed a little, I still feel safe. I'm not very happy with the grills at the pool being out for the past 4 years, but I am pleased with the new management working to replace them. Kia has been in the office with the old management and I am super happy she stayed. She has been a breath of fresh air when it comes to customer service and her willingness to respond to my concerns. The last manager ( Angel Payne) was horrible, and I'm so happy that new management gave kia an opportunity to continue this journey with satisfying our community! I see all the negative reviews but I been here long enough to know that this is not a bad place to live and I hope Kia and management stick around to improve our community!

Per the senior level management team at Reserve@stone hollow. I would like to make a special notice to you, regarding your assistant manger, Kaia Kimbrough-Barnett. I called her around 11:30am today, advising my need to find a home this week. As I have sold my prior home, and was currently residing in a hotel. Per my request to Kaia, I was desperate to find an apartment home, "this week", "on the third floor" with a clean and quiet community. And.....she did just that!!! Excellent Service
Byron, one of the Maintenance Staff members is an excellent asset to the RSH property management team. He is professional, very pleasant and exemplify great work ethics. One strength I must call out is conflict management by way of setting customer expectations up front. He explains upfront what his work order / service entails, expected results, and next steps. I applaud his work acumen and it is a pleasure working with him.
