Future Home
I toured Miller Estates yesterday with Amber and she was FANTASTIC. The entire office staff was very friendly and the grounds were impeccable. Beautiful large trees everywhere and I loved the fountains in their lake. What a peaceful environment. The 2 bedroom apartments were huge and look very well taken care of. Can't wait to make this my home!

Great maintenance
Lived in many/various apartments. Usually getting maintenance to fix something is a chore & the delay is forever. Just the opposite here. Every time we have put in a work order they have come to fix it the same day. The maintenance workers were very helpful, good, patient, & explained everything they were doing. Kudos for Miller for hiring these 2 guys.

Hi! I just wanted to take a moment to give huge kudos to the maintenance guys? I can always count on them making repairs quickly and efficiently! For example, our master bedroom toilet had an issue that I thought would be a big ordeal but these guys handled it quickly and like the pros they are....but they didn't stop there. They then went above and beyond and fixed little things around the apartment that i asked them to on the fly. Great job, guys!

Moved here Feb 2018, during my stay Admir the maintenance supervisor has gone out of his way to insure that the grounds and apartment's are very well maintained. He is always professional courteous and does what he can to make me feel at home. I have had a few special request because of my sons disability and Admir has done whatever he can to make things easier for me and my family.

Admir is outstanding at his job. Observing him on a daily basis always attentive to the needs of Miller Estates. No matter what we may need he takes the time to see the task completed in a timely manner. Kimberly’s family (11A) and ours are grateful to have such a wonderful person in charge of keeping and improving life here at Miller Estates.
I have lived here for a year but I will be moving this month. Just too expensive, but for the most part I have enjoyed living here. In my opinion the Apt. Owner/owner's should maintain the landscaping and apartments better. The office staff are friendly, and Amir and other mantainance crew are very quick to respond when there has been a problem. I have been fortunate enough to have awesome neighbors who I will miss when I leave.
Great Staff
Lived here for awhile and want to let people know that all Staff here have been helpful. Good place to live, excellent and fast Maintenance, Groundskeeping is good all over, excellent snow removal even on stairs and landings. Love the improvement and upkeep to the pond and water features. So beautiful to see wildlife on the brilliant water. Office staff happily answer all questions and take down if any concerns. Called about outside lights and sure Maintenance will fix promptly because that's what they do. I feel safe here and enjoy the outdoor spaces we have. Always clean and free of litter. Dog park is maintained very well by all the owners. Would like regular "cat feces/urine smell cleanup and concern of the appearance of at least twice daily feeding of cats directly under the cars parked by pond and across at the stalls. I gave my review almost perfect because this place is so huge and welltaken care of. The Office staff knows and I am happy that they were willing to listen to me. Thanks again. The apartments are good size but it's thanks to the Staff we can have a good place to live.
Maintenance
The maintenance guys are really on top of things here. When something is wrong we tell them they fix it. Admir, Meldon and Joe all do quality work. I think they should all get a raise. Joe goes even to if its garbage day and the dumpsters are full, he will jump on it to stomp it down so that the garbage man will take it. I always see Joe busy doing something to keep this place looking nice. He was out today picking up dog crap that some dog owners didnt pick up. Thank you Joe!
Maintenance
Admir is a very good maintenance guy. Very caring about the residents. He was out here at 1:00 am fixing an a/c unit because it was so hot. He had it fixed in less than 10 minutes. Thank you Admir. He really cares about the property and the people that live here.
Wonderful Maintenance
The new maintenance staff has been so helpful to us! We had a few items that needed fixed and they were so friendly each time they came to our apartment, even wearing masks! Thank you so much for caring!
I have lived here for 10 years now ,and have seen Management change .But have always been treated well,and fair. Ryen and Heather ,and their office helpers do a great job ,and I love how helpful they always are . Very quiet apartments overall , everyone is friendly. Miller Estates is a great place to live.
Maintenance Dennis
The maintenance guy Dennis helped me alot last night. He seen me shoveling my walk and came and told me it's not my job as a resident. He finished shoveling and even salted. It was after hours on his own time. Great guy. The other maintenance guys are good too. The office staff is amazing. They always treat me right. I've been here almost 3 years.
Maintenance
We have Awesome Maintenance. We had to have them fix the motor in our furnace. They were able to get it fixed within an hour. Anel and Cory are great. Then we had to have our washer fixed today. They knew the problem from my explanation and brought the new part and had it going in about 4 minutes. Again Anel and Cory are great. Meldon is a great Maintenance Supervisor. They get stuff done. If we need something in a total emergency we can get ahold of Chad also on facebook. Thank you for your quick response Anel, Cory, Meldon, and Chad. You guys rock!
I appreciate the management here. If I have a problem they are there to solve it. They have gotten rid of the rif raf. I have been here almost 3 years and this is the best management team we've had. It is a pleasure to live here. This is the best management team we've had. Mindy, Mitsuko, and Anna are the best. I've had to call and ask things a few times. They get them resolved very timely. They always answer the phones. They make sure everything runs smooth. They changed security companies which was a huge relief. The apartments are nice. I've lived here over 3 years. I think it's a great place. They have a great maintenance team also. Meldo, Cory, and Anel always make sure the work orders are completed as soon as possible. Over all it's a wonderful place to live.
Honey I’m home! Oh that’s right, I’m not married.
I’ve been here since February and everyone treats you like family. My neighbors have brought me dinner, groceries and given rides. The office has provided things you would never know you needed. Gas can, jumper cables and even a car reader. Everyone is so polite and it makes for a very comfortable place to live. Also accounting works very well with you when running behind. Great place to live.

I am so happy to live here. I've lived here for almost 4 years. Mitsuko, Mindy, Anna, and Lorna are the best management to work here. They help so much. If I have a question they have an answer. They care about the residents here. Very friendly. The maintenance crew Meldin, Anel, and Cory are good. If I have a problem they are quick to fix it. This is a great place to live. The landscape is gorgeous with all the trees. The pond is Awesome to look at with the ducks and geese.

They try to help us all. They take care of the residents. The maintenance team is also very good. They keep the property looking nice and make sure the trash is picked up. They are also always working on things so they can get the work orders done in a timely manner. I Love living here.
