Great Place To Live
ParkGate is a great place to live. The neighborhood is excellent and conveniently located. The manager, Jo, is very professional and on the ball. Any time I’ve needed anything Jo has handled it immediately. She very knowledgeable about her job and the needs of her tenants. Maintenance does an excellent job as well. My experience living at ParkGate, my neighbors and the managing staff has all been positive.
Amazing Landlord!
I moved here a month ago and have been so incredibly happy! Joanna has been absolutely amazing. I have rented since I was 18 and she is the best landlord I have had to work with. She cares about everyone, we are not just another tenant. If you are looking and they have available places call! Thank Joanna for all you do!
