Piedmont apartments
The staff are wonderful. They take care of any issues you have right away. The apartments are very up to date. Quiet neighbors. I've never had valet trash service before, it is very convenient. Looking forward to relaxing by their beautiful pool.
MAINTENANCE!
I put a work order in last night and my issue was fixed this morning. Maintenance did a great job with fixing my issue. I want to give a shout out to both Richard and Zach. They were very professional and did an amazing job!
Office Staff
I only deal with Sonya in the office. She’s very professional and makes sure anything I ask is handled in a timely manner. We’ve been through a lot of management companies and some were awful!! The current one is good.. They’re turning the community around for the better
Front Office
Sonya,in the front office, is very helpful. Everytime I have a concern she's right there taking care of it. She's also very friendly and cares about the residents at The Piedmont. She does an amazing job!
Maintenance team rocks!
Shout out to Antonio who answered my maintenance request within an hour and fixed both problems in minutes.
Replacement of dryer
Chiwe was very helpful and professional in taking care of my dryer problem. He is an asset to the maintenance crew.
I came in for a tour and Milani was super informative and personable. She answered all my questions and was very helpful with my application process.
My experience with Demi was excellent from the start to finish! Even though she was very busy, she made me feel very welcome when I came to tour the property. She was professional, kind, and courteous during the application and move-in process. I also appreciated the fact that she took the time to double-check the condition of the apartment to make sure that everything prior to move in. My apartment was clean and in great condition, the complex is quiet, and the neighbors are friendly.
Prompt Service
I just want to take to the time to thank Chris. I needed weather stripping around my door front door to keep lizards from getting inside. He got to it quickly and was so nice about it. Thank you so very much. Your work is appreciated.
