This will be my 3rd year at Urbana. All of the office staff is awesome but I definitely want to shout of Stephanie for her ability to anticipate needs and go above and beyond when things are needed. She is willing to answer questions and help when one needs to flex time for appointments and balance. Truly awesome service and I’m very grateful.

I have lived here for about 9 months and love it! The management and maintenance are amazing and always friendly. Everyone is friendly and the place is always clean. No complaints and love the location too

Loving the new maintenance woman, Claudia! She has come to my rescue twice now and I couldn’t be more grateful to her. Both times I’ve needed assistance she has been very quick to come to my unit and at least check in on the issue at hand. Her kind spirit and positivity have truly been a joy to interact with. The donut was a bribe!
I have lived in this complex since it was built going through a sale and new management multiple times the current management is outstanding. I have never had one issue with my unit and have never seen a Single pest on the property. Interiors are modern, each unit has their own washer and dryer which everybody knows once you have that you can’t go back. And last, but not least one of the main reasons why I stay is for Stephanie and Leketa. Thanks for all you do and as long as you’re here, I’m here.
