I had a plumbing issue in the kitchen which prevented me from using the dishwasher. Anthony responded immediately and corrected the plumbing issue. He’s professional, friendly and sincerely cares about taking care of the tenants. And he knows his stuff! Thank you Anthony!
Enjoyable
I have been here for almost 4 years now. I love the maintenance men and Rosa. Although I have seen a lot of diffrent faces in the office every time i come in Rosa is always with a smile. The only thing i will complain about is the water being off alot. but i get it its an older property.

This property fantastic. Maintenance team is quick to respond to any issues, the office staff is very welcoming and do everything they can.
Great service
Kendyl helped out my boyfriend and I and made the move in process so smooth. She was quick to respond to emails, answer the phone and provided us a lot of information in a non overwhelming way. This was our second apartment and after having a terrible first experience, I’m pleased she was the one to help us and make this process a lot better.

I really like the condo, it is very clean, the apartments are in very good condition and comfortable, the attention of the administration is very good.

The management has been flipped. Thank you Jesus! The property appears to be cleaner. The office staff Bobbie, Joanna, Christina, Yolanda and the new manager Ana are professional and courteous. The manager Ana is willing to listen and come to a consensus. Excellent job!
Happy Resident so renewed for another year
I have lived here for just shy of one year. Upon reflection decided it was best to step forward and ask about a renewall of my lease for another year. No problems handled in the office in less than 30 min. Over the past year I have seen the property slowly but positively change for the better and it was not bad when I moved in. It has to do with due diligence by the staff. Yes we have water sutdowns but they for brining a 40 year old property into compliance with the current standards. Very much appreciate the staff and look for to a happy following year as a resident. I would recommend it to anyone.

I’m so glad we have new management they actually care so polite the girls that work in the front office are amazing super nice so helpful the manager is nice as well he has a great attitude and willing to help OMG the maintenance guys are the BEST really friendly and will get everything you need done really friendly too I feel great living here now the new management actually care they are making great changes around here I’m happy to be a resident ☺️Thank u Management for caring about your tenets and a huge Thank u to the maintenance guys there doing a great job ? keep up the good work Thank U so much ?

Can't believe I've been here almost 2 months! I promised Yazmin a five-star review because of how nice she was in getting me established here... hope she forgives me :-) She guided me in the simple process, almost all of it online.. very professional and friendly.. couldn't ask for anything more! I hope to stay here for a very long time..
Loved it here!! Costumer service was really good, I recommend to come by for a tour. Vanessa was really great on giving tours. Love that Jaden knew her job even though she was new to the job.
