Great customer
Although I am new to the area, I knew after touring Broadstone Heights, that this is where I wanted to live. Sierra was extremely accommodating and provided five star customer service. The complex provides a combination of suburban living with the beauty of the Sandia mountain. I would definitely recommend Broadstone Heights.
Great Experience!!
I had a great experience the minute I arrived at Broadstone Heights. Sierra was so professional and friendly. She showed me the best apartment available. Now I live here and Sierra as well as Adrianne have both continued being very professional and extremely helpful with any questions or needs we have had. Highly recommended.
ANGELA IS THE BEST
ANGELA the office manager is hands down by far the best, she always makes customer service her #1 priority, she ALWAYS handles everyting ASAP, she runs the best property managment team anywhere. HIGHLY recomend her to anyone.

Best safest fun Easter Egg Hunt

Love this complex!! The staff and the residents are very friendly and welcoming!! When I moved in two of my neighbors gave me a welcome gift. One gave me a small decorated tree and a stocking for my dogs with treats and one gave me a planter with flowers in it. The staff is great about safety and encourage the residents to be careful about us that are handicapped and have to cross the street. They have cookies in the office for the pets. T is very safe here and the kids can ride bikes and roller skate. Love it here !!

Lovely property
I moved here from Boston in 2020 and couldn't have asked for a better place to live here in New Mexico. This property is lovely and safe and now with all the remodeling looks even better. Staff is friendly and helpful.

My son and I moved in a couple of months ago. Deanna made the initial application process stress free. Deanna has been so understanding and professional. She has such a kind heart. She has attended to all our Maintenance needs in a timely manner. Maintenance gets it all done. Chris and his team work very hard and I know I'm not the only request as they are busy all day. Chris is very professional and will contact you after his work is done to follow up with the work that was done. Broadstone Heights has a top notch work out facility with brand new equipment. Treadmills, ellipticals, stair stepper, bicycles, free weights and machines that will give you a full body work out. Swimming pool and hot tub is open all year around and has been a peaceful place to hang out. I am so happy to call this place my home. Very quiet and safe place to live. My home is very spacious new appliances, our dogs love it too. Only con, to this point, is the parking. Wish they had assigned parking. Parking is in the process of getting revamped this coming month, so I have faith that it will be only to our benefit. Thanks Deanna for being you and taking care of me and my family. God Bless.

I had a window broken and Chris and Alton came and replaced it, cleaned the glass shards and did a great job. Very satisfied with these fine men.
Over the past few months I have had a couple of maintenance needs and I have been so pleased with how the office staff and maintenance staff worked together to quickly resolve the issues. Alyssa, Victoria and Chris you are the best!!!
