I move here in July and I love the community!! Everyone is so friendly to my children and myself. It beautiful quite and the staff is amazing!! When I moved in Noelle helped me making it easy and quick! Noelle has continued to be the nicest person and always happy to help! I would recommend this place to anyone!

My rating is based off of Daniel in the front office and not for Telegraph Hill has a whole. Daniel is great and has been on top of her stuff since working here. She's always willing to help and communicate when she's not swamped with other things. I understand the workload & responsibilities between her & Ty and feel they do an exceptional job considering all of the responsibilities they take on. She has helped in so many ways & has also helped me with billing issues. I'll leave another review based on my experiences and expectations of telegraph Hill has a whole at a later time. Great job Daniel & Ty.

Great community
This is our second year at Telegraph Hill. The current staff are fantastic. Responsive to any problems or concerns we may have. They respond quickly by answering the phone or returning a message or email usually within the same day. They are trying new things like the newsletter, pet of the month, social events etc. to encourage the residents to support each other and look out for each other. I can’t thank the management enough for all they do!
