Candlelight Square is a pet-friendly community and understands the important role your furry companion plays in your life. Breed Restrictions: Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Presa Canario, German Shepherds, Huskies, Malamutes, Dobermans, Chowchows,St. Bernard’s, Great Danes, Akitas, Terriers (Staffordshire), Wolf Breeds, American Bull Dog, Karelian Bear Dog, Any hybrid or mixed breed of one of the aforementioned breeds Poisonous Animals: Tarantulas, Piranhas Exotic Pets / Animals: Including, Reptiles (snakes, iguanas, etc.) Ferrets, Skunks, Raccoons, Squirrels, Rabbits, Birds. ?Pets must be at least 6 months old Maximum of 2 pets per apartment Maximum of both pets combined must be 100 lbs. or less Pet deposit of $500 (of which $250 is non-refundable) for one pet. A deposit of $500 (of which $ 250 is non-refundable) for the second pet. Additionally, there is $35 pet rent per pet, per month

I am waiting anxiously to move in because this looks like a good place & Karissa, who answers the phone, has been very nice as well as patient with all my questions, explaining things to me like affordable housing, and many other questions Ive asked previously.

Leanna (mgr) & her trusty sidekick, Devan, are WONDERFUL! When they say “We got you” they mean it! They are both so easy to speak with & both have such positive energy! Grounds are kept clean & my unit was spotless when I moved in! Evenings are peaceful & quiet. Ladies, thank you so much for making my apt feel like home, you are the best team ever!!!
