Great Maintenance Crew
Arturo came to repair 1 thing in my apartment and he ended up doing 3. Did a FANTASTIC job, and was very helpful. It wasn't a small task. One of the issues was a problem with the washer and he ended up replacing it. No complaints, no attitude. Did it while being friendly and offering a smile. I have lived here for 4 years and Heritage offers great service for renters. Definitely going to request Arturo for next time!

ALL STAFF INCLUDING MAINTENANCE
I deal with lead agent Araceli Gonzalez all the time abs she’s very understanding, to the point, gets your concerns and questions answered. Always goes above and beyond to do what’s needed. If she needs to investigate on a matter she’s very detailed and prompted with getting back to you. All the agents are very outstanding, appealing, pleasing, great customer service, friendly, they ALL TREAT YOU AS THOUGH YOUR APART OF THE FAMILY. The maintenance is very outstanding as I would say remarkable by ALL MEANS. The maintenance response is normally less than 24hr after putting in a request. If they don’t get to you within that 24hr period one maintenance rep normally comes bye and tells you that they will be around in a few hrs or they are getting the part so they can fully take care of your matter. If you call the office and leave a message they get back to you within the hour they are very prompt. The grounds are clean, the community is amazing, I would definitely recommend anyone looking to move into a safe, friendly, family type of community here….they are also pet friendly and all the neighbors get along and help one another if needed. This is just a great community overall to live in and I’ve been here a year and in AZ the same amount of time so I love it I feel as though I made the BEST DECISION MOVING HERE!!!

Apartments are good and people living in the society are really helpful and co-operative. Irene is extremely helpful and very professional. You can go to them anytime for any concern regarding your apartment, they are always ready to help and resolve your problem. They made the whole process seem so easy. They take care of cleaning, maintenance and customer service is very friendly. The maintenance guys responded quickly whenever I reported a problem, and fixed it the same asap. A pretty and good place to stay, highly recommended. Heritage at Deer Valley will be my community of choice. Going forward I will make sure to refer all my friends and colleagues here.

I believe this is the best community in phoenix/deer valley area with lots of trees, open spaces, lush green grass grounds for kids to play, healthy air, etc. The staffs at leasing office are also very helpful, especially Irene whom I know since I started living here in 2019. She is very helpful and make sure to address all concerns in time. I will definitely recommend this community for families as well as young people.

I've been looking in the area to rent and I saw these apartments. I wasn't sure what to expect when I walked in (I've had the worst luck with costumer service lately) but Paola Rojas immediately came over and was super helpful by answering all of my questions. Unfortunately, they didn't have the unit I wanted available for my move in date.

We have lived in this apartment for 7 years and been through three property Management. The current property management and everyone who works in the office are the best we've ever had here as well as the best maintenance staff. We have had our issues but they've always been resolved. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to live somewhere with wonderful neighbors, a beautiful property and peace and quiet.

It’s my first time to deal with the rental stuffs on my own, and I’m so glad to meet Irene who helped me a lot. She was patient, always think on my side and help me do the right decision. Jennifer, Alliyah, Sofia, Michelle, Irene, Lisa, and Sheryl are a pleasure to work with each day that I have to go into the office to either simply ask for a filter for my ac, or as big as somebody parked in my parking spot. They help me as much as they can.
Amazing Maintenance Crew
When my family and I moved into the 3 Bedroom apartment it was clean and inviting. The microwave we found later to be damaged was fixed within a matter of a day. I want to shout out to the wonderful and understanding maintenance crew.
Very Positive Application Process with Allyiha
My husband and I are so happy that AMC manages this property. Allyiha at the Management Office has made the process of applying and move-in smooth answering all our questions and being so friendly. We have stayed at other apartments where AMC has managed. They are very professional and knowledgeable and really make an effort at assisting their residents. Thank you Allyiha for making this part of our move easier.

We have had good experience with maintenance service. They are prompt in their work. Specially with Asad , he is always their to help. He is very friendly in nature and fix the issue in couple of minutes. I would like to thank Asad for solving the problem effectively.
Its very nice place to stay. Near to all the stores. We can see greenery all around the community. Staff is pretty good. Maintenance is nice.

Asad is always friendly and quick for my maintenance issues. He is the best and well respected technician ,I will give one example. One day i saw sparks coming outside AC fan and then i dailed to emmergency service line. He came in matter of 5 minutes and shut down the power supply. He saw i have toddler so he arranged temporary AC.
Washing machine
Asod was friendly and was able to fix my washer very quick. He was in and out in no time

Mansoor Habibi and Mauricio came to change my washer in the unit which I have been asking since 2021 from a different staff. The old washer gave me a lot of trouble and I have to put on maintenance request for the same problem multiple times. Thanks to these new staff I met for they knew the problem right away and solved it immediately by providing a brand new washer in my unit! You both did a great job!
