The best thing about Mountain View is maintenance, specifically (Kyle). He is prompt, efficient & generally a nice guy. He works hard at what he does. Mountain View is lucky to have him !

I love there two bedrooms my room is right across from my baby’s room so that’s perfect they are pet friendly They are in the middle of renovating I’m looking into a new unit and a renewed lease and there maintenance guy is so awesome and really nice will help you anyway possible

So I would just like to say that John in the office he rocks he's awesome he helped me so so very much I love the apartments I love the management it's very nice family oriented apartment complex always clean but John you rock he did so much for me and I'm so greatly appreciated thank you so very much and I recommend anybody looking for an apartment to move into recommend Mountain View Casitas

I've been lucky...
I've lived here for 8 years, I've seen a lot of good changes with the property and not so good changes, the one thing I can say has been consistently improving is the care for the residents that live here. Our current manager Jonathan has been understanding of my needs and has tried to accommodate. Martika is an absolute gem, always has a smile and willing to help. As I said I've been lucky to have found such a place to call my home.
I will be moving here in July, Emanuel and Martika have been very helpful and extremely nice to work with, it was a very easy and fast process and I can not wait to move in.
