About Sunset Terrace Apartments
Welcome home to Sunset Terrace! We are located on the west side of Maui, surrounded by 13 acres of lush tropical landscape. Shopping, dining, schools and anything else you could possibly need are just outside your door including public transportation.Sunset Terrace offers a studio, one or two bedroom apartment home to chose from. Our spacious floor plans are bright and airy and feature an all electric kitchen, hardwood and tile floors, mini blinds, air conditioning and a private balcony or patio. Its a HOME!
I have lived here for over a decade and have enjoyed every day here at Sunset Terrace! The staff is amazing! Bobbie the Office manager is just the BEST! They have over the years become more than landlords and office people, they have become family! Yes, Maui can be expensive but this place is worth every penny! The whole office staff, Bobbie, Jodie and Dante are always there to lend a hand or answer a question. I cant imagine ever wanting to leave this place! Like I said in the title, Its much more than an apartment is a home that comes with family!
Amazing Staff!
I am not a resident here but I can say those tenants are so lucky to be cared for by this amazing staff! I put in my application here and Dante has been more than helpful. He is so kind and patient. He is well organized and answers and all of my questions without making me feel like I am a bother. Also the grounds here are well kept and safe. I hope to be living here soon. Sunset Terrace is a rare gem! Thanks Dante
The Best Place to Live !
My spouse and I have lived at Sunset Terrace for over 7 years. The minute you walk in the Rental Office you feel like your home ! The maintenance department is on site. The pool, sun deck and hot tub are amazing ! Great place to chill out. We really found a “ homeâ€â€ on Maui 🌈🌴!

Steven, in maintenance, is fantastic! Does great work, and he is polite and professional. I’d like to commend David as well. He is another fantastic member of the maintenance team, consistent in his work ethic and very knowledgeable. Thanks guys!
Maintenance performance
My bf and I really appreciates the patients these guys have with us. Especially Steven who has came and fixed our garbage disposal not once but twice now. Really am grateful how reliable he has been much mahaloz .
