We have a new management company, Apartment Management Consultants. The staff in the leasing office and maintenance crew are spectacular. This place has great staff, but one person in particular goes ABOVE & BEYOND. His name is Lorenzo and is their Maintenance Guy. Since day one this young man was not only kind, but he helped with request that were just so kind and so greatly appreciated. This is one employee I hope they recognize a lot. When looking at apartments in flagstaff this one really stood out and Rey at the front desk was amazingly helpful. The amenities are amazing and the apartment you can tell is well maintained I can't wait to begin living in this amazing community with my family!

I have to leave a 5 star review after personally living here for about 4 months now. The staff are very friendly and awesome to answer any question we may ask and of course the pool and work out area are a major plus in which my family and I enjoy very much! I appreciate the them for making us feel welcome!

Five star management
I have been here almost a year and the new management deserves five stars. I have had a few issues along the way and management was quick to act and were as accommodating as could be expected.
I've been a resident here for almost 4 years and been through a few management and maintenance personnel changes - not all good until now. My water heater went out late at night leaving me with no hot water or heat. I called the emergency maintenance line which was answered by Sam. He was super helpful, very knowledgeable and answered all my questions about the noises and water leaking from the heater. He even offered to bring me a space heater to make sure I was warm until morning when the water heater could be repaired. The water heater was repaired and everything cleaned up by early afternoon the next day. Many thanks to Sam, Shelby and Rae!

Yesterday a new water heater was put in my apartment. The two men who came were so efficient and courteous.

I got to se and talk with Shannon Charley. She was a delight to talk with. Always cheerful and willing to give answers to any question I asked. I really felt at home and she was very interested in helping me feel at home I. The office area. Thanks for her polite help and making me be a home while searching for my apartments.

She extended herself in such a caring and genuine way to help us retrieve lost packages. One package in particular was sent by family and had a lot of sentimental value and was irreplaceable. Amazing staff
I moved in beginning of Jan 2023. I had an issue with my parking spot location during the winter and they remedied it quickly which made my stay so much easier. I had a perishable food product accidentally delivered to the Amazon locker and couldn’t get to it since I was out of the country but the office staff not only retrieved it, the put it in my fridge for me. Another resident was rudely parking his truck in both my spot and his but the staff quickly spoke to the tenant for me ,since I never saw them, and remedied it . Any issue Ive have, the office staff quickly fixes it. Maintenance makes emergency calls and promptly fixes any issues in the apt. 10/10 experience here. Great place to live.
We moved to flagstaff 3 years ago and we like living here. The office staff is great and always willing to help.
