Maintenance, Excellent Customer Service
Marybell always pays attention to details works so hard at figuring out problems. She wont quit until she gets it done for you. Then she may see something that you needed that is not on the work order and fix it for you. She is very thoughtful and kind. Nicholas is also very on top of getting what needs to be fixed taken care , he also fixed my back fence without me asking. The team at Park Shadows is AMAZING!
Kindness
I have lived here for six years and while my time at this property is coming to an end, I would like to commend Community Manager Angel Harrington for her kindness over the years. Oftentimes, people only come into the office to complain (some quite loudly) about this or that, yet when I have observed this, I have never seen Angel raise her voice or loose her calm demeanor. She has been pleasant and helpful over the years, showing that humanity towards others will, in the end, triumph over coldness.
Great complex & Staff
We have had apartments at this complex for 4 years the staff is friendly and easy to communicate with they also do a great job with the maintenance requests being handled in a timely manner. I would highly recommend the complex and staff at Park Shadows apartment homes!

If you love the nature cottage feeling you will love it here at Park Shadows all the greenery / trees , waking up to the birds singing (the best) . The community is quite tranquil to reside in . Office personal is always friendly and open to help and if there is any issues they are always promptly handled. S.S

Anna is amazing she's the one who rented to me at the time and I love it here I feel like I've been here forever but I'm only going on 3 years I think it is. Maintenance is great they don't make you wait days or weeks when you need something done there there as soon as they can be and get it done quickly and it works when they are done. Actually all the office staff is great. They greet you with a smile and are very professional. Going to hate it if I ever have to move. They also come up with fun ideas for the community to get together and make it fun for the kids. Thank you
