Well Maintained, Quiet Community. Highly Professional Staff.
The team at Rio Santa Fe Apartments displayed a high level of professionalism throughout my visit to the property. The grounds are well-maintained - always an indicator of serious attention to detail. The units are spacious. And the community is quiet. Hats off to Rae Wilke for taking me through the property. In the end, I rented in a different Phoenix suburb due to timing and availability. However, next time I’m in the market for an apartment, Rio Santa Fe will be at the top of my list.
Nice Apartments Great Staff
Nancy in the leasing office was great! She helped me with everything on move in day. She was very helpful, kind, as well as patient with me signing all my paperwork last minute. Nancy's attitude is so much better than other office staff I have dealt with at other apartments while looking for a new home. Apartments are clean inside and out and the area has all the amenities you need. Nancy is great she deserves a raise ?.

I will be moving in between Nov 7-10 this month and I really can’t wait to live in their wonderful community. Daniel With Maintenance
Our dishwasher needed repair and it began to build mold due to water not being flushed out properly. Daniel came in and fixed the dishwasher and also took the time to clean out the dishwasher. He also noticed a light out and took it upon himself to just take care of it. Great job and thank you Daniel
Smooth Move In
We are moving from Oregon next month and the leasing office has made our transition and moving experience a great one. We took a tour of the apartments back in October and loved the apartments and area. They are very responsive with emails and questions. The application process was very easy online. Looking forward to moving down to the Avondale Community!

Let me start by saying the customer service I received when I first walked in for my tour was amazing. After touring the facility I was amazed by the beautiful complex and amenities, I wanted to do my application same day. The front office helped me through everything step by step. They also have amazing move-in deals. I appreciate the support.
