Maintenance is always on top of work orders ! Great place to live always so peaceful! The office staff is super friendly . If there is ever a problem the manager and staff are always happy to help resolve the issue. The community over all is clean and well maintained.

Excellent Maintenance worker
The maintenance worker Gerardo Nunez, has shown exemplary service towards me and my family. The individual is very respectful and gets his job done in a timely fashion. I wish there are more workers like him on the team because it would make the Serafina experience even more astonishing.

This community is beautiful Aleskie, Alyssa, and the manager have been amazing. I am happy to call this place my new home. I love the amenities and how close it is to everything. They made the movie in a smooth transition. I thank you. Nita.

I want to start off by thanking Kirsten the property manager. She assisted me professionally from beginning to end. Kirsten was patient, friendly and very informative. I really appreciate the assistance that was providedto me.. Also Alyssa she called me at the end of shift, to provide me with more information, and she also was professional and friendly. I would recommend living here, my experience was awesome. Keep up the great work ladies. This review was written because of my experience.
Feel like a resort
When I moved in December 2020, I felt this would be my place for many years to come. Today I can only confirm my feelings. I work so many hours and come back to my apartment with such joy, happiness and peace. Feels like a resort, beautiful surroundings, plants, swimming pool, gym. Very good maintenance job. Fernando Barajas came to do maintenance on a door and to check the dishwasher. He was very professional and informational. He explained everything he was doing and why. You are lucky to have him. Thank you for such great service.
Apartments and Staff are wonderful
My boyfriend and I just recently moved in and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The application process was seamless, and the apartment and community are amazing. The staff especially Aleksie are incredibly welcoming and helpful to any and all needs. The neighborhood and complex are clean and safe. I would recommend these apartments to anyone looking in the area.

For Lalo in maintenance.
Lalo is an amazing person came at the time he said and fixed our sink in kitchen. He did everything he could and even changed our garbage disposal and cleaned the pipes out . He got the job done and he also brought me 3 new blinds even though it wasn’t part of what he came for . Thank you Lalo for doing an amazing job and taking your time to do it right and get it done . Best maintenance guy.

I went on Saturday of two week ago and I wanted to thank Lloleima for being so kind to me and Patient with me she understood me and made me feel so welcomed she walked me thru it over and over again and she was so kind i would definitely go back just because of her making me feel so welcomed, we are not from not around here I have not received the best customer service being in Arizona trying to find an apartments but as soon as I walked in I was greeted so nicely and was treated so well that i would go in and do it all over again by far the best experience i have been given thank you lloleima
Easy-going and an impeccable personality :)
Valerie has been a huge support and guide along with her amazing work ethic since the moment we were viewing the property; down to the friendly walk and chat with a maintenance crew member we witnessed throughout our tour of the property and spectacular advise she has been more than willing to be a helping hand in every process. We appreciate all the great hospitality greeting our family of three into our new home! :)
